We had lunch yesterday with my family. I'll start by saying that the Norma was spectacular; the carbonara was also very good, the fries were superb, and the sandwich was worth it. There was a bit of a service issue, which the owner promptly apologized for, explaining the issue, and then discounted with a significant discount when it came to the bill. He wasn't required to do so, but that shows the entrepreneur's seriousness and professionalism. Highly recommended, especially for the first courses.

This is my first time here, and I have to say their pasta alla norma is the best I've ever had. I discovered you on social media with Bastianich on his foodish show. It was rated the best pasta alla norma, and I wanted to try it, and I wholeheartedly agree. Congratulations! 👏😍

¡Nos encantó todo de Buatta! Lindo entorno, comida deliciosa, personal excelente. Probamos un poco de todo lo que hay en el menú, incluidos sus platos estrella 'buatte' y cunzatizzi. Éramos un grupo de siete y seguíamos pidiendo más comida para compartir. Muy recomendable.

Encontramos este restaurante cuando en un viaje de aniversario a Catania. Por favor, visite y coma con ellos. El personal es muy acogedor y atento, dejándote con privacidad para comer y hablar. El menú es delicioso, sí, volvimos un par de veces, es diferente a todos los demás lugares de la ciudad y mucho mejor para ella. Podemos recomendar el Hugo Spritz con su comida.
