Highly recommended restaurant, varied and not at all banal menu and everything cooked in an excellent manner. A riot of flavours, trained, helpful staff always with a smile. The welcome glass was also very welcome.

Even if we wanted to put expectations aside, Buatta did not live up to her fame. Normal dishes for an unsatisfactory price/quality ratio. Long, too long waiting times. Personal in a manner.

Simply great!
I absolutely loved my visit to this restaurant! The food was excellent – fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. The service was not only extremely friendly, but also really funny - you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The price-performance ratio is great, you really get quality here at fair prices. The cleanliness of the entire restaurant is also remarkable. Only the toilet is very, very small - but even that was sparkling clean. I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend the restaurant!

The dishes offered are good and the service adequate in the very friendly place. In Palermo, with less visibility and fame, there are many places like this.

Some ok dishes but nothing really memorable. Not sure it’s worthy of a bib gourmand in the Michelin guide. We went for the chef menu which probably was a mistake.

Siamo in sei senza prenotazione e una signora molto gentile ci prepara un tavolo all’aperto. Il benvenuto della cucina già fa presagire che qui si mangia bene e tutto il pranzo lo confermerà. Ottima anche la carta dei vini pur con qualche etichetta mancante. Conto corretto.
