Ottima trattoria tipica torinese. Molto conosciuta e spesso piena per cui è necessario prenotare con un certo anticipo. Agnolotti e guancia davvero ottimi. Ambiente tipico anche se si sta un pochino stretti. Visto che non si paga proprio pochissimo basterebbe qualche attenzione in più: due grissini, un po' di focaccia, un'entré. Non è nello stile del locale e non credo ne abbia bisogno visto che anche in infrasettimanale è strapieno ma non guasterebbe per essere davvero al top.

Bueno, no hay mucho que decir sobre esta bonita trattoria excepto que tuvimos un muy buen almuerzo. Oferta corta, platos bastante simples, pero excelentes productos, sin tonterías de servicio eficiente y precios bastante razonables. Debería haber más lugares como este.

15/05/2025: The environment is welcoming and well-kept. The wine selection is excellent. The meat is very good and is accompanied by some very tasty sauces made by them. I recommend the tartare tasting. The thing that struck me is the enthusiasm of the staff and the owners, I saw in their eyes the passion and enthusiasm of those who want to do well and improve in their work, it is not always like this. However, they are on the right path. I absolutely recommend.

25/06/2025: we went for lunch with work colleagues, excellent food, friendly staff and fast service, shame there was no air conditioning on these very hot days, tourist menu from 14.90 top
