High-quality ingredients, from the selection of meats to the service of their own baked goods. A €5 cover charge, justified by the fact that bread, still and sparkling water were included. Excellent service. The wines are also excellent.

The food is good, excellent Florentine steak, the price is fair. The problem, in my opinion, is the lack of humility. The customer doesn't seem to be the center of attention, but rather the place and its management are the real stars.
You get the feeling that you, the customer, are lucky to be there; you can feel it from the moment you're greeted by the young man at the entrance (the manager) who shows you to your table.
It's a shame, because it's a place that has all the makings of a top-notch restaurant!

I went for dinner with a group of friends on a Saturday night and immediately loved the place. There's a beautiful summer pergola, and even the interior rooms are beautifully designed. The service is excellent; the staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive. The only drawback is parking, which is a bit limited given the crowds.
The menu focuses on traditional local dishes, with a strong focus on grilling. The quality of the meat is remarkable and perfectly cooked. The side dishes are also excellent; you can see that even the simplest dishes are made with care. And finally, the wine list is truly well-stocked.

Excellent restaurant in the Abano area. Very good meat and impeccable service. The wine list is comprehensive and offers a wide selection. I recommend the ribs and the tartare, both excellent. The food was good and the price was right. Highly recommended.

If you like meat cooked properly, this is a truly worthwhile place. Dal Bruto Ruggero is not your average trattoria: here you eat well, with quality ingredients and a dedication that's evident from the first bite.
The signature dishes? Ribs, Florentine steaks, beef... everything cooked to perfection, flavorful, and served with care. The side dishes are also well-crafted, and the wine list is extensive, with bottles for all tastes (and budgets).
The restaurant is beautiful, well-kept both inside and out, with an outdoor area under a pergola that's truly pleasant in the evening. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer advice without being intrusive.

Cena tra amici appassionati -anzi maniaci - di vino.
Carta dei vini eccezionale per non dire unica, con infinito spazio a Champagne, Borgogna e Piemonte, a ricarichi che definire corretti e’ molto riduttivo.. menzione speciale anche per il cibo, vitello tonnato come si deve e Filetto e costata alla griglia difficilmente raggiungibili per qualità e cottura.. un consiglio agli Eno-maniaci e non solo: salite in macchina e partite
