Bruschetta means Gambacorta with a mustache who is a character. Service is fast but expect an atmosphere that is anything but formal. Wide choice, take the 120cm bruschetta only if you are someone who eats a lot, otherwise the 80cm one is sufficient. The only flaw is the very high cost of drinking, a liter jug ​​of coke at €8 seems excessive to me, while an 80cm bruschetta is acceptable at €13. The 10 of us spent €19 each, without desserts or coffee.

Great food, great beer, great music. I don't have any photos because I ate it all before it even crossed my mind to make any. The menu is (almost) entirely based on bruschetta, which can be ordered by the meter, with a vast choice of condiments. The staff is attentive and the service is quick and attentive, and an excellent choice of craft beers. Nothing to say except that it is an unmissable stop! I was thrilled, I will go back as soon as I have the chance!

Perfetto per una serata in famiglia o amici. Bruschette ben farcite e molto buone. Prezzi economici e nella norma. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Titolare simpaticissimo e alla mano.

04/02/2025: Excellent restaurant, large public car park in front of the restaurant. Not very large places, so I recommend booking, for lunch there is the possibility of a menu, excellent I would say, at a fixed price from €10 to €13 as in the photo, where there are many choices, all very good. Furthermore they also have an à la carte restaurant and pizzeria menu, with many proposals with an excellent quality-price ratio. For a business lunch or another occasion, I recommend it.
31/12/2024: Molto buona la pizza porcini e crudo, buone pure le tagliatelle e le scaloppine di vitello sempre ai porcini. Ambiente carino e personale molto gentile.

09/03/2025: Young management with clear ideas. Excellent gastronomic proposals. Drank as an aperitif an excellent glass of Franciacorta with Cantabrian anchovies, bread from the Demetra bakery and butter. Everything excellent. The place is truly special in the magical context of the panoramic square of Longiano. Highly recommended.
