I had the pleasure of dining at this bruschetteria, whose restaurant fully respects a rustic, home-style tradition. Excellent bruschetta, from the simplest to the most delicious. I didn't give it a 5th star because I expected a different balance from the bruschetta I ordered, consisting of pumpkin, gorgonzola, and crispy pancetta, as I unfortunately barely tasted the cheese. I expected more punch. However, the "Gola Profonda" remains my favorite. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they looked after our table with a smile and the right amount of professionalism. The prices were appropriate for the offerings.

Since Tony left, the place has lost some of its charm. We certainly would never have waited an hour and a half for food... They need to organize themselves better. In any case, I'll definitely be back because it's still an institution and we need to give young people a second chance!
