I stayed at this residence for 4 nights! I gave it 3 stars for its location, which is close to the beaches and Vieste (though you still have to drive to get there), the balcony, the parking, and the kindness of the staff. It's a quiet place surrounded by nature. Cons: the pool is disappointing because the water is dirty and the robot cleaner is always in it. They explained to me that due to the rain, the filter didn't have time to clean the pool. The bathroom is small, I couldn't move in the shower. There was no coffee maker or other items, and the stove didn't work. Dirty sheets when we arrived, which were promptly brought back clean. The breakfast selection was limited, with almost no savory options, and the cappuccino from the machine was undrinkable. There's no bar. In short, if this property were given more attention to detail, it would be perfect.

The property is surrounded by greenery, well-maintained, and quiet, ideal for those seeking relaxation while still being close to the beauty of Vieste and the Gargano. The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the well-maintained pool and the outdoor spaces, which create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. A strong point is definitely the friendliness and helpfulness of Mr. Mario, always attentive and ready to offer helpful tips for excursions to the Tremiti Islands, beaches, and restaurants in the area. For my wife and I, it was a relaxing holiday in a quiet, family-friendly setting. We recommend Residence Althea to anyone who wants to visit Vieste without sacrificing the comfort and serenity of a well-managed property.

We stayed at Althea Village for 6 nights in August. Upon arrival, we went to reception where we were greeted by two staff members, paid for our stay, and were given the keys to our apartment. We were assigned a small apartment for two people, complete with a kitchen at the entrance, a small bathroom, and a bedroom. Overall, it was quite clean and equipped with many amenities: outside, a small terrace with a drying rack and a table and chairs. Inside, a well-functioning refrigerator, a kitchen with a stovetop, sink, and some dishes; the bathroom included a sink with a mirror, toilet, bidet, and shower; the bedroom had a very comfortable double bed, a large and functional wardrobe with several doors and bedside tables, a small table, a mirror, and fully functional air conditioning. Some small improvements I would recommend regarding the apartment would be adding a coffee maker to the kitchen, which was missing; some improvements to the bathroom, since ours had a rather narrow and somewhat uncomfortable shower; and moving the television (ours, for example, was mounted above the refrigerator, and not only could we not move it, but we couldn't even tilt it, making it impossible to watch TV while sitting down. In fact, we couldn't use it because of this). As for the resort in general, I would recommend adding a few more services, such as a more attentive receptionist, a dedicated bar, and some additional improvements to the pool. During our stay, it was always isolated, and despite the hot weather, the water was freezing. Apart from the first day, we didn't use it again due to its temperature. Furthermore, the pool didn't have any ladders, making it awkward and difficult to get in. These issues weren't unique to us, as other guests we spoke to had similar complaints. All in all, our experience was pleasant. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. I recommend staying at this resort if you want to relax and spend some pleasant days "getting away" from your daily routine.

The rooms need updating. The bidet leaked, the shower stall was unusable. Please change the mattresses because they're sagging. Reposition the kitchen light because with a fan just below it, it's anything but bright. The location is good because it's quiet, but to get to the beach, you'll need a car or a 20-minute walk. I give it 3 stars for the pool, the quiet, and the terrace.

I was a week in June, With the very nice and kind staff and super organized truly an unforgettable week with the icing on the cake of this fantastic swimming pool inside in more place Machine inside ... Highly recommended, fabulous price, call book and go see the Gargano heavenly place really worth it ... I will definitely go back

I stayed with my family at Althea Village and the experience was overall very positive. The structure is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and relaxing context, perfect for getting away from the routine. The bungalows, although aesthetically simple and basic, are well-kept, clean and functional, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. A strong point is definitely the pool area: large, well-kept and really pleasant, ideal for relaxing during the day. The areas around are equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, and the atmosphere is quiet and never too crowded, at least in June! The staff is kind and helpful, always ready to assist with courtesy. Overall, an excellent choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature.
