Amazing location 3 minutes from the beach. Amazing host, who is kind and helpful. The most generous breakfast with such amazing helpful services. I cannot say more about the services and the hospitality we recieved when staying here in July 2024! This family truly cares about their business, quality, and reputation of their services. We will definitely be back when visiting Italy. Grazie!

We stayed in this residence in Vieste in the first days of September. We had a great time, a quiet place surrounded by pine and olive trees, with a swimming pool and independent houses. The accommodation facilities are adequate, even if the spaces are a bit limited. Exceptional cleanliness, definitely above average. There is everything you could need for a summer holiday, with the sea about 700 meters away, and a supermarket and bakery very close by. The owner Mario was kind and helpful. We had no problems. We will definitely be back.

Small village with 21 brick houses. Functional little house, nice veranda where you can have lunch The bathroom is small but equipped with everything... however the shower cubicle is ridiculously sized and lacks shelves on which to put shower products. The beautiful swimming pool. Quiet and clean residence. Possibility of shuttle to access the Molinella beach
