Bruscè In Bologna

My experience was not entirely positive. Many types of beer were unavailable, and every time we ordered something, the waiters returned shortly after to tell us that it was not available. Staff struggled to speak and understand Italian well, which led to confusing orders. For example, the spritz requested with Aperol came with Campari, and a whiskey sour tasted more like a vodka sour, although I'm not entirely sure. The bruschetta was served with soft bread, while usually it should be more crunchy. The burrata, however, was of good quality and, overall, the flavor of the dishes was pleasant. The place has a clean, unisex bathroom, even if the door is a little difficult to open and close. It should be noted as a positive aspect that the staff does not require a drink to use the toilets, an appreciable detail. In general, I would improve the service by focusing on waiters more suited to the role, with a better knowledge of Italian, and taking more care in managing orders to avoid confusion or lack of availability.

Quite high prices. I ordered avocado toast and cappuccino. The coffee was barely warm, but the toast itself was a bit different... Nice waiter. The place is nicely located, close to the leaning towers.

Refreshing discovery, compared with the traditional bistrots and eateries: quality tasty food and delicious regional wines, all in a modern and welcoming atmosphere! The owner is committed to maintaining high quality food and drinks despite the rising cost of products, so this is not a tourist trap. It's a small but cosy place that makes you want to try everything on the menu, from fish, meat and vegetarian to their offer of a delicious espresso-based finish (Shakerato, Marocchino, etc.).

Don't know where to have lunch? This is the right place...excellent food even gluten-free but lunch is certainly enriched by the wonderful staff especially the very nice and cute waitress from Abruzzo...we don't have double ends because we are fagots 💜

Delicious coffee and baked goods, although the selection of croissants is often limited.

I ate one of the best gluten-free veggie burgers of my life. The girl who served me was very nice 🥰

I came with my friends from Gai and surroundings, the service was excellent, the food even better, they didn't bring us water, all the best and great advice

Quando sei in vacanza, e per un aperitivo scegli per ben due volte Brusce'... un motivo c'è😚 Faccio presente che ci sono una miriade di locali con centinaia di proposte. Preso un Moscow Mule ed uno Spritz che abbiamo trovato molto buoni. Lo Staff e la signora Marilena davvero carini e premurosi. Complimenti davvero da Gianni🍹🫶

Amazing lunch here today ! We opted for the grilled chicken and smoked salmon salads - it was too hot for pasta. The salads were so fresh and tasted delicious. Coupled with the recommended rose wine from Puglia, it was a very enjoyable lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive and the service brilliant !
