Bruscè In Bologna

Friendly people, good food, highly recommend

We came for lunch and were not disappointed, contrary to what we read: tagliatelle bolognese and octopus with delicious mash! We recommend!

Quando sei in vacanza, e per un aperitivo scegli per ben due volte Brusce'... un motivo c'è😚 Faccio presente che ci sono una miriade di locali con centinaia di proposte. Preso un Moscow Mule ed uno Spritz che abbiamo trovato molto buoni. Lo Staff e la signora Marilena davvero carini e premurosi. Complimenti davvero da Gianni🍹🫶

When you're on holiday, and for an aperitif you choose Brusce' twice... there's a reason 😚 I would like to point out that there are a myriad of places with hundreds of options. Had a Moscow Mule and a Spritz which we found very good. The staff and Mrs. Marilena are really nice and thoughtful. Congratulations indeed from Gianni🍹🫶

Very kind staff, atmosphere like only real Bolognese locals can give. I highly recommend going.

Only stopped in for drinks but we were met with excellent service by a young Turkish lad and a young bolognese lad. We decided to stay for another round due to the excellent service. Only minor downside is that it is a bit of a tourist trap in the sense that we were very close to the basilica and we were asked by numerous beggars for money whilst sitting outside, but they were quickly whisked away by the bar staff. We will be returning to this bar during our trip and any other time we visit Bologna. They also do gluten free menu which was an excellent positive but unfortunately we had already eaten so couldn’t sample the menu but the fact they advertised an extensive gluten free menu was a massive plus for us to return for a scran “food”. Thank you for having us guys much appreciated. BTW…. I’m not Danish, I’m scouse 😂

Amazing lunch here today ! We opted for the grilled chicken and smoked salmon salads - it was too hot for pasta. The salads were so fresh and tasted delicious. Coupled with the recommended rose wine from Puglia, it was a very enjoyable lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive and the service brilliant !

Maybe I'm biased. The food was great. The service was great. But then I told the lady in the counter if she could ask the chef to prepare some chicken soup with vegetables for my son who was feeling sick with gripe. She told the chef to make it happen. They did bring the soup. Delicious italian soup. Thanks, Bruse Bistrot.
