The outside area is dirty due to the presence of pigeons. The music is very loud, even at 11 in the morning. The food was good, but the coffee had some lees, so it wasn't pleasant.

I went to the Republic brunch last night, and Giulia, the bartender, was very kind. The drinks were excellent, and the service was excellent. I think I'll be back very soon.

I've eaten there three times, with friends and family, and I've always had a great time. The prices are affordable, the products are good, and the hospitality and customer service are excellent. My only complaint is about the cleanliness of the bathroom. I wish they'd paid more attention to it!
