Yesterday we celebrated my son's graduation and.....what can I say..... describing the magic that Alfonso Covelli (chef and owner) does in the kitchen is difficult to explain in words, you have to try and taste his dishes. Excellent quality of raw materials, masterful choice of ingredients and then his creativity in the kitchen does the rest. The welcoming and elegant environment makes you feel pampered, because you are at the center of the attention of the trained, efficient and extremely professional staff. A special thank you goes to Federica who on this occasion guided me, listened to me and satisfied me in everything with the kindness and care for which the Brizo' family is characterized. We have been relying on them since 2020 for all our events and also when we simply want to spend moments of pure culinary pleasure and......we will continue to do so. THANK YOU

A restaurant with attention to every detail, with a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Soft lights, pleasant music, attentive and professional service. The selection of seafood appetizers prepared by the chef is excellent, followed by two truly excellent first courses. Wines expertly recommended and even sparkling water is selectable. A complete experience, I will return with pleasure and thanks to all the staff for making the evening special.

SUPER SATISFACTORY experience, there was already great talk about this place but I had the pleasure of trying it and I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED, yes from all points of view. Starting from the aesthetics of the elegant and quality location, a luxury never seen before. Not to mention the service, the two waiters who hosted us were kind and helpful including Federica (very prepared, bold, friendly, excellent in presenting the various courses. Excellent service as already mentioned, and ABSOLUTELY SUPERLATIVE food. Everything delicious, excellent catch of the day, delicious starter, not to mention the first courses, all 100% exhaustive. "I had the pleasure of having dinner in this restaurant and I must say that the food was absolutely excellent! Each dish was prepared with care and presented unique flavours. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also welcoming and elegant, perfect for a special evening. The only flaw was the price, which was definitely too high compared to the standards of the catch... An important factor, and that there should be an official price list, even if it is for the catch of the day....

I ate with my family on July 25th... a unique experience of flavours, quality in the raw materials which is reflected in a joy for the palate... when the waitress asked me "ma'am, are you okay?" My response was "I'm going slow because I don't want to finish this dish"! I'm going back tomorrow to give myself a birthday present

…che siamo passati per caso davanti e abbiamo trovato subito parcheggio, altrimenti ci saremmo persi un pranzo eccellente! Locale curato, arredato con buon gusto e senza odori che provengono dalla cucina. Ottima accoglienza da parte delle due Signore (dovrei dire ragazze, ma come modi davvero delle Signore!). Molto chiara l’esposizione del menù che varia anche radicalmente in base al pescato del giorno. Buona la carta dei vini, giustamente con una buona offerta di etichette locali e prezzi corretti. Su buon consiglio di una delle due Signore abbiamo diviso l’antipasto Brizò, davvero tutto molto buono con porzioni adeguate alla divisione. Primi, Calamarata alla Pescatrice e Tonnarelli neri al pesce ghiaccio entrambi buonissimi e porzioni di tutto rispetto. Per chiudere quattro chiacchiere con lo chef/titolare e amaro offerto. Eh sì proprio fortunati!

Locale curato, molto carino con piacevole musica di sottofondo. Abbiamo preso tutti l'antipasto con 4 assaggi e poi c'è chi ha preso la spigola grigliata e chi un primo di tonnarelli al ragù di crostacei. Tutto veramente ottimo. Anche il sorbetto di limone affogato nell'acqua di cedro era super. I proprietari che gestiscono il ristorante molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo.
