I had great expectations and they were far exceeded. The dishes were delicious and fresh, but above all the service and friendliness were impeccable. This is a discovery that I have definitely saved as one of my favorite places to visit every year, even though it was my first time at this restaurant.

The menu must be clear. The price doesn't vary based on the catch. Even if it did, the restaurant owner absorbs the variability; it seems like an excuse to emphasize the fact that the fish is fresh.

Today was our first time eating at Brizò, and I have to say we were very pleased with the service and the food. We'll definitely be back. If you're in Crotone and don't know where to eat, I highly recommend it.

A friend recommended this place to me. I found it to be an elegant and refined atmosphere. The service staff were very professional, welcoming us and serving us with kindness and friendliness. The cuisine is high-quality, with freshly caught fish, raw fish, and very tasty first courses. We highly recommend it, and we'll be happy to return.

Good evening, we happened upon it because it was recommended in the hotel as an excellent restaurant for those who want to eat very fresh and perfectly cooked fish. The staff who serve and entertain are top notch, highly trained and very competent...very kind...of course all this comes at a price... but it's really worth it when you're traveling for work or vacation to dine in a dignified manner...and in good company...very refined tablecloths, a very beautiful and well-finished place with the possibility of even outside where you can talk even intimately, perhaps with the person you love...I was with a friend but I assure you it's a very private place, highly recommended.

Hotel Residence Ristorante Il Gabbiano

25/08/2025: The structure, staff, services, and high-quality cuisine, all bathed in a wonderful sea, are the best you can find on a vacation. An experience to repeat.
23/08/2025: I waited until the last day to write this review. Il Gabbiano is perfect for a relaxing seaside vacation. It has everything you need; the room is spacious and clean, with a balcony. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a wide selection. The option of walking from your room to the beach or pool is priceless. For lunch, we chose to enjoy the delicious and reasonably priced sandwich shop, eating poolside overlooking the sea. In the evening, we chose to dine out because we visited different places, but from what we saw, the food at the hotel was certainly good too. After returning from dinner, we enjoyed the lounge bar with an excellent spritz and a garden overlooking the sea. Alternatively, on the hotel's various terraces, you could relax with a book or play a game of cards. Il Gabbiano is conveniently located near Civitavecchia's nightlife, about 1 km away, accessible on foot along the seafront or by car, allowing hotel guests to enjoy a vacation away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of all the fun. I highly recommend it. Small flaws, no telephone operator has a good signal and the Wi-Fi cannot support the entire hotel user base.
