We had the five-course menu.
I found four of the courses to be very high quality.
The mousse in the dessert was too sweet for me, but I thought the rest of the dish was very good.
We really enjoyed the suggested wine.
I'm already looking forward to Brixen again :-)

The service was extremely friendly, and the ambiance was a highlight. Especially in the summer on the terrace. The food didn't really impress me, especially in terms of value for money. The truffle pasta and sauce, in particular, were far too heavy. Some of the fish was too dry. A shame!

We stopped for dinner while traveling with my family to the Puster Valley. Beautiful setting and excellent service. The menu was interesting, and we tried the truffle dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. However, I was disappointed with the dessert (tiramisu) because it was very bland in both taste and presentation. Honestly, given the setting, menu, and kitchen staff, I expected much more.

We simply loved it. We had 900g of T-Bone steak medium rare with two starters and a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Service very fast, attentive and knowledgeable. The meat well made and the Winde delicious. The location inside and outside was great! We will come back once we are back in Brixen!

Visité Brix 01 en Brixen con mi novia el lunes de Pentecostés a primera hora de la noche. El tiempo era perfecto, y tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa en la terraza junto al pequeño lago. Disfrutamos de una noche relajante con deliciosas tapas, un refrescante cóctel y un excelente helado casero. Todo era excepcional.
El ambiente era hermoso, la comida era excelente, y el personal de servicio era profesional y cortés.
Una recomendación absoluta, sin duda volveremos!

Siamo stati molto bene! Location molto bella immersa nella natura, curata con grande cucina a vista ed esterno strepitoso, il servizio semplicemente eccezionale, tutti bravissimi e giovani con professionalità ma un sorriso e una parola per tutti i clienti, il prezzo nella norma, siamo stati bene e torneremo 👍🏼
