Culinary excellence, service a flop It's truly a shame when an evening leaves you with such mixed feelings. The positives: The food was absolutely flawless. The preparation was superb, the flavors spot on, and the quality of the ingredients was noticeably high. The ambiance at Brix.01 is also—as usual—modern, stylish, and inviting. The negatives: The service was unfortunately a disappointment. Although the restaurant was far from full at the time of my visit, the staff seemed negligent. While they were friendly, they completely lacked attentiveness. Long wait times despite empty tables and an inattentive demeanor ruined the overall experience. Conclusion: Good food alone isn't enough for a complete restaurant experience. If the service is lacking despite low occupancy, even the most beautiful architecture is useless. Due to the negligence, I cannot currently recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, very high quality. Relaxing and well-maintained atmosphere. View of the lake. Children's menu and open kitchen. The menu is consistently excellent.

It's a nice place because of the walks locally. The food was nice, the place clean. Really good play park just outside. Milkshakes are overpriced at €8 per glass which I think is excessive!

We travel a lot, but it's been a long time since we've had such a complete experience: excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and extraordinary food, all in one place.

Great atmosphere, good food, but the portions are a bit small. However, the view and the ambiance are very modern.

I recommend BRIX0.1 – it's fantastic. Very friendly service and delicious food. The restaurant's decor is elegant and modern. The atmosphere is refined but not overly stressful. Dishes are prepared in an open kitchen – you can watch the process unfold. Although we ordered different dishes, we were given sides to share. It felt like a family dinner in a homey atmosphere. The various sauces served for everyone are a nice complement to the dishes. The staff is smiling and eager to help.

It's always a pleasure. Top quality and friendly service. A really cool location, whether you're dining outdoors or indoors. The food is also a feast for the eyes.

I went especially because I saw on the internet that I had squid and fish, and in Tux where I live that is impossible to get, the very rich food and the perfect service, the walk from the center to the restaurant is pleasant, certainly a beautiful experience.
