Trovato grazie a Tripadvisor sulla strada di rientro verso Bergamo provenienti da Monaco. Location molto particolare all’interno di una struttura moderna inserita magnificamente in un parco. L’interno è sorprendente. La lamiera si ripropone in pannelli sospesi che fungono anche da barriera assorbente per i rumori. Letteralmente spettacolare la cucina a vista curata nei minimi dettagli. Persino i bagni in un total yellow mi hanno lasciato incantato. Passiamo ai piatti. La tartare di carne con uovo pochè ottima. Forse un pelo troppi dolci i tagliolini al cacio e pepe con tartare di tonno. Ho assaggiato anche un po’ della grigliata di carne della persona con me ed posso garantire che era al top. Servizio impeccabile.

The Brix 0.1 is a real gem in Brixen! The location in a small, idyllic park is wonderful and offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere - perfect for a special restaurant visit. The interior design is also impressive across the board: modern, stylish and designed with great attention to detail. You immediately feel at home and notice that aesthetics are just as important as culinary delights. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always attentive without seeming intrusive. Exactly how you want it. The cuisine is simply spectacular. Creative, perfectly hand-prepared dishes that not only impress in terms of taste, but also delight visually - a feast for all the senses! We were there with guests from Switzerland who were just as enthusiastic as we were. The Brix 0.1 is an absolute must for connoisseurs and definitely an enrichment for the gastronomy scene in Brixen. We'd love to come back.
