The Brix 0.1 is a real gem in Brixen! The location in a small, idyllic park is wonderful and offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere - perfect for a special restaurant visit. The interior design is also impressive across the board: modern, stylish and designed with great attention to detail. You immediately feel at home and notice that aesthetics are just as important as culinary delights. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and always attentive without seeming intrusive. Exactly how you want it. The cuisine is simply spectacular. Creative, perfectly hand-prepared dishes that not only impress in terms of taste, but also delight visually - a feast for all the senses! We were there with guests from Switzerland who were just as enthusiastic as we were. The Brix 0.1 is an absolute must for connoisseurs and definitely an enrichment for the gastronomy scene in Brixen. We'd love to come back.

We went to Brix for dinner on Saturday. What can I say, perfect service with great recommendations. Our meal was a delight, as a starter the beef tartare followed by a beef fillet (served to perfection) and the fish platter was also convincing, with many small side dishes. It was great to open up the corner table for us, but it was very drafty due to the ventilation. We'd love to come back.

Baked bread with the aroma of whole grains Sea bass tartare is refreshing. Saffron risotto with shrimp gives a rich and chewy texture to the shrimp. Homemade spaghetti with chewy noodles stir-fried to perfection.

ottima la carne. locale molto Bello come concept. caratteristico sul lago, un locale non tirolese ma molto in linea con la tradizione e l'aanguardia.
