01/11/2024: This restaurant is absolutely amazing, if you needed another reason to visit the beautiful Salo it would be dinner at Civico7. We were here once before 5 years ago and were absolutely thrilled, the expectations were correspondingly high this time - in addition to the joy that this jewel had survived the difficult Corona years. We find the combination of top gastronomy with pleasant, natural friendliness and attentive service very pleasant. This time there was even a glass of Prosecco as a greeting from the kitchen; we still had fond memories of the homemade bread and Grisini. You can't really go wrong with the menu here, whatever we ordered during our four visits was a pleasure - you simply pick the four dishes from the antipasti/primi/secondi menu that appeal to you the most. Wine accompaniment is highly recommended and rather cheap at €25/4 glasses. If you order one of the delicious desserts, please remember to leave a little place in your stomach for the final dessert greeting from the kitchen. For around €160 we had a completely successful and enjoyable evening and would happily come back here.
