A very pleasant discovery in the heart of the city! We had dinner at this pizzeria after booking through The Fork, taking advantage of the promotion with 50% off the à la carte menu. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great courtesy and availability, a detail that we really appreciated and that immediately made an excellent impression. We ordered a farinata and two pizzas with a white base. The pizza dough was really excellent: fragrant, well leavened and digestible, with visibly high-quality ingredients. Sincere compliments to the kitchen! Two small constructive suggestions: the farinata, unfortunately, arrived a little raw, probably because the order had not initially reached the kitchen and, in an attempt to make up for lost time, the cooking was rushed. Furthermore, one of the pizzas arrived wrong, so we found ourselves eating at two different times. Despite this, we would like to underline that we do not want these aspects to be interpreted as negative criticisms, but as opportunities to improve the organization: the experience overall was still very positive. At the end of the dinner, when it was time to pay the bill, the staff again apologized with great kindness for the small inconveniences and correctly applied the 50% discount provided by The Fork. A gesture that we really appreciated. In conclusion: quality pizzeria, kind and attentive staff, pleasant environment. Some details to improve, but overall an excellent experience. Definitely to take into consideration for a dinner in the center. Chapeau!

Non era la prima volta che andavamo e la qualità è sempre la stessa. Impasto leggero e super digeribile e ingredienti di qualità. Se volete mangiare una buona pizza andate al Bricks. Anche la pizza fritta presa come antipasto era davvero buona e leggera.

good food service 10 but the environment a bit dark and kind employee

We took 3 trios of fried pizzas as a starter for 4 of us, they were good. Then 1 pizza each, the classic ones were very good while one of the gourmet ones was terrible. However, all for a bill of 120 euros for 4 people, absolutely senseless.

Everything was perfect at Brick's, from the food to the service. I brought there a group of 52 Portuguese singers and even if there were some challenging moments for the staff, they kept calm and solved everything. A special thanks to Carlo, the manager, very kind!
