20/01/2026: If I think about all that wine represents for me, if I bring my mouth... my head... my brain... my senses... all of them to the glass... if I then try to close my eyes and let myself be carried away by the strongest and most vivid emotion that alone is enough to sweep away everything... everything else... the useless....... there... I open my eyes again even if I would like to stay in paradise a little longer... and opening my eyes again what appears before me is a BIG CLOSED ...... call it a cellar, a company, or a dream factory... you choose.
