My wife and I bought a slice of "formaggio e melanzana" pizza (€6.90) and a "Ciao" sandwich (€7.50). Both were much better than we anticipated! Yes, they were overpriced, but what can you do when you're in an airport? The hermetically sealed sandwiches at the airport pharmacy are €5.50! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the utterly confusing ordering system. All of the sandwiches and pizzas are in a display case, but oddly you don't order where you can see the food and choose what you want to eat! You order at a counter a few meters away. Then you get a receipt that you must give to the employees at the counter where the food is displayed, and they prepare your food. This means that everyone is crowded around the food display so you can't see what's available! It took me a few minutes to figure out how this ordering system worked as there were no signs. I ordered everything (including a takeaway bag) in Italian and the staff were polite. I didn't have any problems with them.
