Excellent hotel on the road to the San Bernardo Pass. Simple but comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. Friendly and helpful service. Impeccably clean.

The Flying Brasserie - Paul Verlaine

07/01/2026: I returned to this restaurant after a recent change of management and was apprehensive, but instead I was pleasantly surprised: excellent food, kind and attentive service, and a warm and well-kept atmosphere. Highly recommended.
04/01/2026: Everything is good. The staff's advice is worth following. Excellent dishes, all homemade and of excellent quality.
