A fantastic experience. I recommend it to groups of locals and tourists alike. The food is exquisite, a true delight for the palate. The atmosphere is simple, at times rustic, yet refined. The waiters are calm and respectful. They were professional, even with my friend who unfortunately has a disability. Thank you for everything.

I recently went with a group of friends. I have to say it's one of the best restaurants serving local dishes: they have three Torggelen-themed menus! The food is very good, and you can taste the fresh, excellently prepared ingredients: here, the quality and flavor are worth the extra money. The portions are medium-large. The atmosphere is immersed in a cellar full of barrels and old memories of South Tyrolean tradition. The staff is friendly and professional, and they speak Italian like a native. RECOMMENDED!

01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner, a beautiful view in a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere, with traditional cuisine and local products. We ate onion soup and a trio of dumplings, homemade veal with potatoes and green beans, and roast pork with polenta. All dishes were generous and excellent, and the homemade desserts were also delicious. Highly recommended, reservations are required as seating is limited.

09/11/2025: On October 16th, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch at Restaurant Hanswirt. From the very first moment, we sensed the attention to detail – be it in the charming ambiance, the attentive service, or the refined cuisine. Each course was a small work of art, perfectly balanced in flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere: you don't just feel like a guest, but a welcome part of a culinary experience. A huge compliment to the entire team – we will definitely be back!
27/10/2025: We were positively impressed in every respect by our first visit to the restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were excellent. We spent another enjoyable evening there and look forward to enjoying the fantastic "complete package" again next year.
