Nestled in the suggestive park of the Rocca, the place appears very disorganized. The staff is poor and unable to meet the needs of the customers. We served ourselves drinks at the counter and sat at a dirty table that was cleaned more than half an hour after our arrival. After a very long wait we were not even able to get information about the menu. Going there outside of opening hours you can also eat a good pizza in a truly beautiful setting.

The park setting is pleasant and the staff friendly. I was not particularly impressed by the quality of the food (agreed menu) and the quality/quantity/price ratio.

Childhood memories, it's a shame that the maintenance of the greenery leaves a bit to be desired, there are no more fish in the fountains, it will be too expensive to maintain them🤷

One of my favorite places in Ravenna hands down! Delicious pizza, excellent drinks, warm, kind and friendly staff, pleasant environment both in winter and summer. Between themed events, activities, many outdoor tables, it has always been the bar where I found myself returning once I discovered it. Plus I had a small project in Ravenna that met weekly and they welcomed us with open hands, always with a smile and a lot of availability. And for the graduation party the owner didn't hold back, on the contrary, he was extremely helpful, welcoming and ready to meet us, helping us organize everything and making sure we had a wonderful evening! Absolutely a must-do when you are in or passing through Ravenna! 🫶🏼

Hotel Ristorante Roma

21/07/2025: We stayed for 4 days last week for the second year in a row with a 4-year-old. Betty and other staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with a varied buffet, including first and second courses. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the cured meats, which weren't exactly top-notch (we left the cooked ham on our plate, it wasn't good). In short, the menu needs a bit of a makeover. Otherwise, the entertainment was excellent, the beach was clean, and everyone was always very helpful.
20/07/2025: What can I say? This was our second year here, and as always, we felt at home! I'll especially miss the crepes made by the fantastic Cinzia, always so cheerful with both adults and children. I'll also miss the liveliness and kindness of our super entertainer Giorgia, and the courtesy of all the staff in general. Thank you for this wonderful week we spent together, and a special thanks to Betty for her availability and kindness! See you soon!

Ristorante Al Pirata

09/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, we ate very well, the mixed fried fish was dry and crispy, truly 5-star food. My disappointment is with the service. We were greeted by a lady who barely greeted us. A waiter (I think the manager) motioned for us to follow him while he was talking on the phone, and with a gesture he gave us a table. After 5 minutes, he told us our table wasn't the right one and moved us. Perhaps if he had paid us a little more attention, he would have noticed the mistake sooner. It's a shame that there are still first-class customers and second-class ones; this was very evident when we looked around. Never a word of courtesy was shown to us, but a lot of interest was shown to those who are probably regulars! It's a real shame, because the place deserves it, and these things shouldn't happen. It wouldn't take much to make customers come back willingly.
