Braciami is a delightful discovery in Avellino: a restaurant that manages to combine the authenticity of true Neapolitan pizza with a selection of top-quality meats, all in a refined but never excessive environment.
The pizza is a real strong point: soft and light dough, with a well-alveolated crust and a fragrance that tells of hours of expert leavening. Top-quality ingredients, from yellow cherry tomatoes to buffalo mozzarella, with a balance of flavors that satisfies the most demanding palates. Each pizza is a small masterpiece of taste and technique.
But it is with grilled meat that Braciami confirms its excellence. The selection is wide and well-studied, with fine cuts cooked to perfection, in full respect of the raw materials. Fillets, tomahawks, ribs and gourmet hamburgers: each proposal has its own identity, enhanced by precise cooking and never banal accompaniments.
The service is punctual, courteous and discreet. The staff is prepared and knows how to guide with professionalism in the choice between wines - excellent list - and the dishes most suited to each person's taste.
The environment is modern, with attention to detail and welcoming.
In short: Braciami is an address to remember if you find yourself in Avellino

Braciami offers a very good pizza but I went for lunch and it was not the same. First course paid 13 euros, very poor (counted 5 ravioli), second course of meat: tough and not very tasty meat, arugula a little wilted, good cherry tomatoes. The table was not very clean. Service was normal, we would have preferred a little more warmth and welcome

Super professional and friendly staff (Maurizio is a monster, he brought me a bottle of TNT before I even asked for it.... speechless)
Very fast service, simple but super accommodating location, but the wonder is in the baked tagliata with truffle and caciocavallo del Monaco.... let's bow to the CHEF.... everyone is really good... highly recommended... I will return with an army...

Pizzeria restaurant in the historic center of Avellino. Excellent pizza offered in many variations from the classic ones to the most varied and imaginative proposals including pizzas in the "rutiello" (pan) cooked first steamed and then in the oven. Other specialties of the house are grilled meats from which the name of the restaurant. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

Fabulous pizza, in my opinion the best in Avellino. The pizza chef is very good and tonight I ate a pizza that I hadn't found so good in a long time. I am a showman and used to always trying considerable dishes on my tours

Tutto ottimo dalla pizza superlativa gustosa e soffice alla carne cucinata in vari modi e per finire al dolce, in particolare la pastiera. Molto soddisfatti. Da provare assolutamente.
