I often go to Braceviva and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, my last dinner with my partner and her daughter was a bit disappointing. We ordered drinks, three pizzas, and two portions of fries. They brought my daughter's pizza right away, and everything was fine. After about 10 minutes, my partner's arrived, but it was the wrong one. Another 5 minutes and mine arrived... also the wrong one. After another 10 minutes, they brought the correct pizza for my partner and mine. In my case, however, they had used regular mozzarella instead of buffalo mozzarella; they replaced it for me, but by then the wait had been long and there had been too many consecutive mistakes. It's a shame, because we go there often and have never had so many mistakes in a single evening. I hope it was just an isolated incident, because we usually have a good experience.

I gave it a three. My reasoning is that this summer we dined out, and at a table behind ours, there were people with their dogs on chairs... I don't think that's appropriate... Everyone can have their dog wherever they want in their own home... but in a restaurant, I'd say no... Anyway, that's just my opinion. The service was very kind and the food was good.
