The credit goes first and foremost to the owner of the house, Salvatore Di Feo, a man of natural elegance, impeccable professional and attentive host, who was able to combine tradition and modernity, creating a place where every detail speaks of quality. With his savoir-faire he was also able to welcome me, a food and wine critic, with that touch of style and attention that makes the difference.
The selection of wines is excellent, curated with great sensitivity and attention to the territory, as is the selection of cured meats and cheeses, which celebrate the local identity and captivate with authenticity and flavour.
The meat, obviously the undisputed protagonist, is chosen with skill, treated with respect and served with passion: a complete gastronomic proposal, capable of enhancing the palate and conveying a true cooking philosophy.
A special note goes to the waiter, Massimo, whose kind, sweet and respectful way of serving the tables made the experience even more pleasant. His presence is an example of how even simplicity, when authentic, can become elegance.
In the kitchen, Mrs Maria Teresa stands out for her sensitivity and mastery: the side dishes she prepared, simple but rich in flavour, moved me and took me back in time, to the true flavors of my grandmothers' cooking. A cuisine of the heart, which smells of home and tradition.
And finally, a fitting tribute to Mrs. Diletta, the lady of the house, the backbone of the company: with her elegant and solid presence, she represents an essential point of reference for the balance and soul of the place.
Braceria Voglia di Carne 2.0 is not just a restaurant, but an experience that combines hospitality, taste and passion. A reality that deserves attention and which, thanks to its team and the vision of its owner, has a brilliant future ahead of it.

At the grill "I want meat 2.0" I enjoyed exceptional dishes. The tube with hazelnut, sausage and goat's cacioricotta was creamy and tasty, while the scottona fillet with truffle fondue was very tender and well balanced. The glass of house red completed everything perfectly. Worth noting is the excellent welcome given by the girl in the dining room, who was cheerful and attentive in recommending dishes based on our preferences. I will definitely be back!

An excellent Braceria, the
The place is very welcoming, clean and well furnished.
After leaving the car in the car park where they hold the Giffoni Market, a few meters away you can easily reach the place on foot passing through the small village.
A very relaxing, characteristic and homely environment.
The spacing between the tables is excellent; very spacious and with the possibility of eating both inside and outside.
The welcome, service and professionalism in managing the restaurant is impeccable, especially in the explanation of each course.
The quality food delights the palate with unique and singular flavours, beautiful to look at but above all well cooked.
The platter made up of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables is very tasty and good.
The meats are spectacular, excellent cut and excellent quality but above all also well cooked.
