Extraordinary experience in this grill restaurant, where the welcome is impeccable and Salvatore, the owner, immediately makes you feel at home. The service is impeccable: fast, attentive and always professional. The quality of the products, then, is simply exceptional, difficult to find elsewhere. Salvatore carries out his work with authentic passion, and this shines through in every detail, giving customers a truly unique experience. If it were possible, I would give much more than 5 stars!

The best grill in the Picentini area. Salvatore, the owner, is a professional, kind and prepared person. The service was accurate, fast, attentive and friendly. Tasty and plentiful appetizers, locally sourced side dishes cooked as they once were, meat always excellent and of high quality. Wide choice of desserts, the almond and hazelnut crunch is my favourite! Highly recommended!

If I think of Braceria Voglia di Carne, I think of the comfort food I want when I want to spend a lunch or dinner filled with good food, good drink and I want a relaxing environment. Salvatore, an expert butcher, offers dishes that take you on a journey through the traditions of the Picentini. You can range from tasty appetizers with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, to first courses seasoned with the classic ragù, potatoes and stringy provola, porcini mushrooms. The meat is sublime, always accompanied by excellent seasonal vegetables. The entire meal is accompanied by an excellent wine that I choose with great care from a vast selection that the Braceria offers. I gave 5 stars because I can't go any further, but my infinite compliments go to Salvatore, an excellent host, to my mother Maria Teresa who makes me enjoy these delights and to Catia who supports her in the kitchen.

At Salvatore's I feel at home. In his grill you can breathe the flavor of the past, when our grandmothers prepared the ragù for Sunday lunch, the Genoese and many other delicacies. It is no coincidence that his mother Maria Teresa is in the kitchen and with the precious help of Catia, every evening for dinner and on Sunday for lunch, they prepare delicious mouth-watering dishes!!! They use seasonal, zero km products and in addition to the different cuts of meat raised on their farm, they offer typical dishes from the Picentine mountains and the best selections of meat from the national territory and abroad. Always friendly, helpful and courteous. If you want to spend a lunch or dinner, Braceria Voglia di Carne is the right place, where you will be pampered by good food and wine, in a "warm" environment.

After spending numerous days along the west coast from Amalfi to Salerno and dining at numerous different (local recommended) sub par and overly expensive restaurants, We stumbled across Braceria Voglia Di Carne 2.0 on our own, and I'm sure glad we did! The entire meal was by far THEE BEST and most AFFORDABLE dining experience we had hands down, with attention to quality, service, and taste second to NONE!!! From Salvatore cutting the BEST cuts of meat from a tremendous selection right on site, to Rosaria (our server along with Salvatore) providing top notch hospitality and Salvatores mother cooking the absolute most delicious meal our family had received our entire trip thus far! They welcomed us with a family like atmosphere which felt like going to Nonnas house for dinner, and the meal and overall experience was something we will always be grateful for! Grazie, Grazie, Grazie!!!! Don't waste your time or money looking for anything else if in the area (or even a little distance away, we drove 30mins each way from our hotel and don't regret it in the slightest), HIGHLY recommended!!!!! Will most certainly visit again on our next trip.
