Salvatore welcomes you upon entering. Even before you choose from the menu, water and a welcome entree are brought to the table, featuring products that are nothing short of extraordinary. There's a wide selection of meats, all local and seasonal, and the cured meats are all homemade, except for the Parma ham (as Salvatore specifies). The kitchen is open to the public, the dishes you choose are explained, or rather, described. The service is attentive, and the excellent food is prepared by Teresa and her team. A good value. Reservations recommended.

I won't post photos; you have to try the exquisite meats and all the other special dishes of the local culinary tradition, prepared by the excellent Salvatore, who carries out his dual role as butcher and restaurateur with love, dedication, and immense passion. Siamo stati a cena ieri sera con la mia famiglia e siamo rimasti a dir poco entusiasti. L'esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, a partire dall'accoglienza. Un plauso speciale va allo staff, sempre sorridente, attento e incredibilmente cortese. Hanno reso la nostra serata ancora più piacevole. Passando al cibo, tutto era davvero buonissimo. La carne era tenera e saporita, cotta alla perfezione, e le polpettine servite come entree erano deliziose, un inizio davvero promettente. Ma il vero punto forte, il piatto che ci ha conquistati tutti, sono stati i cubetti con nocciole. Una combinazione di sapori e consistenze che non dimenticheremo. Un'esplosione di gusto che ha reso la nostra cena memorabile. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia trascorrere una serata piacevole, gustando piatti di alta qualità in un'atmosfera accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente!

We stayed for 10 days and ate wonderfully! A group of 13-14 people (one vegetarian and one celiac), the owner and staff welcomed us and were always attentive to our every request. We had starters, main courses, desserts, and fruit. Everything was delicious: the chef always maintained the same high standards! The meat, in particular, was EXCEPTIONAL, BOTH IN QUALITY AND COOKING! Giffoni is always packed during this particular period for the festival, yet the quality is top-notch. I will definitely be back in the winter, just to eat at this fantastic restaurant!

I was here during the Giffoni Film Festival. Salvatore, the owner, is a wonderful person, a true host. And in the background, his mother, who satisfied our needs with her traditional cuisine! Delicious!
