A very relaxing, characteristic and homely environment. The spacing between the tables is excellent; very spacious and with the possibility of eating both inside and outside. The welcome, service and professionalism in managing the restaurant are impeccable, especially in the explanation of each course. The quality food delights the palate with unique and singular flavours, beautiful to look at but above all well cooked. The platter made up of cured meats, cheeses and vegetables is very tasty and good. The meats are spectacular, excellent cut and excellent quality but above all also well cooked. Let me start by saying that we were guests of this grill for the entire duration of the Festival, we had the pleasure of being able to enjoy Salvatore's mother's cuisine for more than 10 days. The place is very, very warm and welcoming, located practically in the center of the municipality of Giffoni. The culinary imprint of the restaurant is clear: meat-based dishes and traditional seasonal cuisine. In recent days we have been lucky enough to be able to see first-hand the great experience of Salvatore as a butcher and of his mother as the main chef of the grill. Every day we were served a different first and second course, thus allowing us to try the typical local cuisine and have a rather differentiated diet (not the usual schnitzel and chips!). The restaurant delighted us with first courses ranging from the complex Nerano to the classic Neapolitan Ragù, from pasta and chickpeas to Sorrento style gnocchi. We were lucky enough to be able to dine with excellent cuts of meat and delicious hand-cut cured meats, all accompanied by wine and side dishes. At the end of each meal, the inevitable dessert (impossible not to have an encore) prepared by the lady. Excellent service from the girls who constantly maintained patience with 13 poor tired and exhausted workers. Finally, I would like to point out that the kitchen has always been available to prepare excellent vegetarian alternatives for some members of our staff, offering rich salads and preparations capable of fully replacing the dishes served to us other hungry carnivores. After a long day of work, it was a pleasure to sit at the table and finally be able to relax and enjoy the excellent cuisine on offer. I'm only sorry I didn't take any nice photos of the dishes but unfortunately the days at the festival were really long and in front of a nice plate of pasta, the last thing on my mind to do was to photograph it :) The Cinesonor staff wholeheartedly thanks Salvatore and his beautiful family for the great professionalism and humanity with which they hosted us. If I returned to Giffoni, I would have no doubts about where to go for dinner!

Exquisite food, everything, from the starter, to the main courses, to the vegetables, to the dessert, was a pleasure for the palate. We went with our children, the place was full, but with tables at the perfect distance and there was a sense of harmony. Wonderful welcome and service. It's worth traveling the miles to dine here.
