It's now common knowledge among my countless friends that we only eat meat at Rosso in the evening. They're incredibly kind and helpful, and you can smell the quality as soon as you enter the restaurant, from the aroma of the meat and cured meats... and let's not forget the delicious potatoes in the ashes... You have to try them to believe them... and the prices are more than fair.

My wife and I went for dinner. Everything was delicious, the meat was exceptional, and the staff was kind but very reserved. We ate a fantastic capocollo, a very delicate porchetta, a truly flavorful mix of meat specialties, and a fantastic steak. Who could forget the incredible baked potatoes? Half a liter of house wine. The bill was absolutely reasonable (€47). I think anyone who wants good meat should go there and not waste money in gourmet pubs, unless you have specific personal preferences. I was truly happy with this evening. Go there!

We happened upon it by chance after a stroll through the historic center and were struck by the kindness of the owner and his wife. The young man who cooked the meat was excellent at his job and the meat was of excellent quality. As a welcome, we were brought a plate of carrot wedges and delicious friselline. In addition to the bombette and sausage, we also had a super tender and tasty 1kg steak.

A delicious meat meal, Martina Franca specialties, and bombettes (cheese-filled meat rolls). It feels like stepping into a butcher shop, and the meat is cooked over a wood fire to order.
It's a wonderful experience.

We wanted a food experience outside tourist areas and found it.
We were greeted by Andrea. What a wonderful experience. We ate a mixed grill that consisted of house made sausage and bonbette di Martina Franca, oven roasted potatoes and a green salad. We had a 1/2 liter of house wine.
It’s worth getting out of your way to eat here. Good food and excellent service.

I tried this place for the first time a few days ago, after hearing positive reviews from some friends.
We ordered all kinds of bombette, sausage, and straccetti.
The sausage was very good, but the rest of the food fell short of my expectations.
I didn't notice any differences between the various types of bombette; they all seemed the same to me.
As for the straccetti, they weren't actually strips, but rather thin slices of breaded, unshredded meat.
I'm sorry, but I expected much more.
The service was chaotic, and we were crowded into the place.
