Quiet place to eat some decent quality meat. Don't expect premium cuts but if you're happy with the classic bombette, beef slices, etc. it's the right place. The cold cuts platter is disappointing. Small place with few tables even outside.

I was in this Braceria last Saturday with my family and I can absolutely say that the welcome to the customer was really kind and courteous, not to mention the quality of the meat which in my opinion is really excellent. Waiters available and kind, fast service. Compliments!

If you want to eat the classic bombette in a non-touristy restaurant in Martina Franca, this place is for you. Excellent quality meat (own production). The place is located a little outside the city center and is not large so it is advisable to book.

Estuve con Overseas Adventure Travel que recorrió su granja y luego vino para una degustación excelente aquí junto con otras 13. Andrea fue tan bien hablado durante el recorrido por la granja y la producción de los capicolli y luego nos recibió en la Bracería aquí junto con el maestro del horno para las carnes cocidas (no puedo recordar su nombre por desgracia). Fantástica degustación, excelente comida / vino, disfrutamos de varios brindis y lo hicimos para una experiencia maravillosa. Giuseppe Cervellera y su familia deben estar muy orgullosos de lo que han creado.
