The selection is varied and caters to all tastes. Dishes are carefully presented and the meat is of high quality. The waiting time is equal to the cooking time. The specialties are delicious, but the tables are too close together!
2025 July, we returned and the organization has improved a lot, the staff is very efficient and the raw material is impeccable! The place is air conditioned and the prices are commensurate. We will return!

Abbiamo scoperto questa braceria,un posto molto tranquillo,tutto di ottima qualità,carne,bombette,zampine,verdure grigliate,in ultimo un vino spettacolare,il vino amabile di Manduria.Ottimo qualità prezzo,una bella saletta con personale molto cordiale è professionale.Un arrivederci alla prossima,grazie.

Nice location, not very friendly staff at the tables, we ordered some excellent rolls with caramelized onion as an appetizer, then we opted for some bombette with speck and provolone... they arrived but they were just meat kisses... no filling... Not even the smell, they took it away despite the evidence that there was no filling, the annoyed waitress brought us back the caramelized bombette... evidently we arrived on a particularly nervous evening
