Ben allestito con menù vario, forse anche troppo. Ottimi i primi piatti. Pizze romane quindi base e ben cotte. La carne lascia un po’ più a desiderare, hamburger di scarsa qualità, richiesto al sangue ed arrivato secco. Il locale è sempre pieno evidentemente per i prezzi sotto alla media e risulta scarsamente insonorizzato, anche a causa dei televisori sempre. Unica pecca non perdonabile è che le portate sono arrivate tutte separatamente anche quelle uguali il che non ha consentito di mangiare tutti insieme. Due ordini completamente dimenticati. Sorge il dilemma: tornare o non tornare ?

Large room, 3 rooms, one of which is smaller. Friendly staff and fast service, good meat even if the hamburger was a little too raw

Abbiamo prenotato telefonicamente e ci hanno accolto benissimo,personale gentile e cordiale servizio veloce,ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,in altre zone paghi il triplo,ottima tra l’altro la costata di manzo,buonissimo anche il dolce. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

18/05/2025: Very good products, I only recommend slightly more original flavors (Calabrian citron and pumpkin cheesecake), otherwise everything is top!!! Very nice owner with short hair!!!

Umami - Trattoria Giapponese

22/06/2025: Small restaurant in the Colli Albani area, high-level with open kitchen, helpful and kind Italian staff. Wide range of sushi and noodles, to which are added some delicacies from the daily menu. Perhaps more could be done on the beverage, perhaps by westernizing it a bit, but loyalty to tradition is in any case a good calling card.
20/06/2025: Delicious Japanese trattoria! "If you're looking for quality rather than all you can eat, you're in the right place! Small but well-kept restaurant, with an open kitchen (which I love!). Better to book. Excellent food, there isn't a dish that I didn't like. Beers with wonderful labels. To go back several times, maybe on special occasions for those who need to watch the bill. Prices are a little higher than an AYCE, but the quality is really worth it. The only downside: parking is almost impossible. If you can, go by metro!"
