Centrally located and easy to get to. Convenient and quiet location (despite it being Saturday rush hour). Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff (especially the two owners). Delicious food and drinks (the raw sausage and glass of Primitivo were so good we ordered them again) and very reasonable prices. I'll be back and highly recommend it.

At Nonno Pierino, you won't find meats of exceptional quality and flavor. Above all, you'll find the kindness and professionalism of the very sweet Antonella. It's clear she's a "daughter of the chef" and knows how to pamper her customers. Otherwise, the meats and specialties deserve top marks. Highly recommended.

Great experience! The sausage sandwich was really tasty: quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The bread, although not crunchy, was still fresh and accompanied the filling well.
The real stars, however, were the black pork bombette with lemon: tender, juicy, with a citrus note that makes them unique and irresistible. A delight that alone is worth the stop!
Quick and courteous service, simple but genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic flavors of the Apulian tradition. 🍋🐖🔥

Siamo arrivati dal Lago di Como, a sorpresa siamo capitati in questo locale, abbiamo mangiato abbondantemente, ma soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato la qualità delle carni, a cui si è aggiunta la gentilezza, la cortesia, un ottimo servizio, disponibilità il tutto in un ambiente simpatico ed accogliente. Lo consiglio veramente a chiunque si voglia addentrare nelle Murge, è uno dei migliori locali della Puglia centrale.

Siamo stati a cena il 2 maggio con un'altra famiglia (quelli di Roma) e posso solo dire che siamo usciti applaudendo!!!
La braceria è fantastica, il banco carne è bellissimo e la qualità della carne è superlativa, il tutto a prezzi davvero ottimi.
Oltre al nostro ordine, che confermo essere stato tutto buonissimo, ci siamo affidati al titolare che ci ha portato delle polpette e delle braciole al sugo (cotte dalla mamma) strepitose!!! Abbiamo dovuto fare il bis per quanto erano deliziose.
Una cena da 10 stelle!
Peccato che siate lontani, altrimenti sarebbe diventato il ristorante dove tornare spesso.
Consiglio vivamente a chi cerca carne di qualità e un’atmosfera accogliente!
