The peculiarity of the restaurant is that you choose the meat to eat directly in the restaurant's butcher's shop. The environment is also nice, rustic and familiar. Also, thank you for your patience. We were more families (Neapolitan) so a little noisy. Furthermore, on site we also made friends with another group, also Neapolitan, also noisy. And the staff endured with infinite patience. (A couple instead expressed all their dislike for our origins 😂)

Everything was really excellent, various choices and types of meat and vegetables, the big flaw is the wait.... You can't have the first shift at 8.30pm and already find 13 tables before you. For me it's not a first round but a third round. In fact, the side dishes arrived after 40 minutes and the meat at 10.45pm....The wait was really too long, with all the people shouting outside and protesting about the delays (they had put us at the entrance despite having booked in advance and the so-called first round). I highly recommend getting very early (queuing from 7.30pm onwards) unless they change the system to welcome guests... Slowly 🤣😴

A must every time I come to Scalea! ...Concetta and Emilio together with the extraordinary owner, Gino, make us feel at home! Tonight we ate spicy chicken wings... lamb ribs, a steak of I don't know what recommended by Gino, very good and a medium cut, very soft cooked with pachino rocket and parmesan flakes... a spectacle! Dopo svariati anni che frequento scalea, per la prima volta per caso scopro questo locale. Nella media posso dire che non è male, peccato per l’organizzazione e gestione, che ahimè posso anche capire vista l’affluenza enorme nel mese di agosto, però dalle 22:00 che avevamo prenotato il tavolo ci siamo accomodati alle 23:30 e iniziato a cenare verso luna di notte. In compenso posso dire che preparano tante pietanze buone e la carne era ottima, peccato solo che non siamo riusciti a mangiare tutto ciò che avevamo ordinato perché la Fame era passata per tutti. Ci ritorneremo nella speranza di trovare una organizzazione migliore.

Braceria Miceli, la braceria fornisce un area parcheggio di fronte ad essa, usciti dalla macchina si viene pervasi da un invitante fragranza di pattume. Proseguendo verso l'entrata, si viene accolti dal proprietario che ci accomoda ai tavoli prenotati, qui veniamo al corrente che, vista la nostra numerosa presenza (27 persone), hanno deciso di dividere i presenti in 3 tavoli diversi. Questo, per quanto possa sembrare un irrilevante problema, ha generato un notevole disagio tra i presenti, poiché quest'ultimi si sono trovati nella condizione di dividere o avvicinare soggetti che hanno riscontrato difficoltà ad occupare il posto obbligatoriamente assegnato (Anziani al tavolo dei bambini). Il personale, di fronte a questo disagio, non ha saputo accontentare ne migliorare la situazione dei presenti. Riguardo all'ambiente circostante, si bocheggiava nella ricerca di ossigeno, poiché con 97 persone in sala, c'è più CO² nell'aria che carne in esposizione. Inoltre, dopo aver inghiottito delle alette di pollo piccanti, è risalito un fantastico retrogusto di Chantecler molto pronunciato (motivazioni mistiche). In conclusione, il personale è da rivedere, riguardo alla gastronomia, è tutto molto buono ma rivedrei determinate pietanze.
