Mom Lena. Attractive Italian Puglia regional restaurant close to the Carevigno central market. Delicious food, angus beef. Strips with cheese and arugula, so delicious and tender and a great price. Family makes time for you and comes to chat to see if you enjoyed it. Top! Angus beef from the BBQ. Supplemented with Italian cheese and arugula. After paying a good price, we were treated to home-made limoncello. Sublime! Greetings Lena! Just walk down the street and be culinary surprised!

Comimos aquí en nuestra primera noche en Apulia, que resultó ser una excelente opción. Es una empresa familiar que tiene comida maravillosa, ambiente y personal. Tiene una parrilla incorporada en el lado de la cocina donde se asan todas las carnes. Teníamos pasta fresca para primi y el plato de asado mixto para secondo. El vino tinto local complementaba todo. Los precios eran bastante razonables. El ambiente era maravilloso... y los miembros de la familia eran muy amables. Esta fue una de nuestras mejores comidas y justo en el centro de la ciudad.

We ate here on our first night in Puglia which turned out to be an excellent choice. Its a family run business that has wonderful food, ambiance, and staff. It has a grill built into the side of the kitchen where they grill all the meats. We had fresh pasta for primi and the mixed roast plate for secondo. The local red wine complemented everything. Prices were quite resonable. The ambiance was wonderful... and the whole family were so friendly. This was one of our best meals and right in the center of town.

Typical restaurant in the heart of Carovigno. We ate excellent typical dishes (memorable cavatelli, mussels and chickpeas!) Intimate location, excellent customer care.

24/03/2025: We hadden geluk er was zo maar een tafeltje vrij vanavond. Na vele pogingen om hier te eten was het gelukt. Waar je in de zomer op de trap kan eten, zaten we nu lekker binnen. Het is een soort macelleria een vitrine met mooie stukken vlees is de de stille getuige. Vooraf deelden we bruschetta, een antipasti vlees&kaas en artisjokken.Allemaal heerlijk. Als hoofd had ik een een heerlijk stuk vlees, we hadden er gegrilde groenten en gegrilde aardappel bij, het vlees was zalig. Het restaurant is druk, we waren er om 20:30 daarna liep het heel snel vol. Reserveren is dus noodzaak, na ons kwam een grote groep, wellicht dat we daardoor wat minder aandacht en liefde kregen.
