Choosing meat from the counter and having it grilled: it's a great concept.
We opted for an assortment of rolls, which, according to the instructions, promised a wide variety, but ultimately all tasted almost the same. Disappointing.
They were, however, among the tastiest vegetable side dishes we've had in the region!

A unique concept: choose your meats at the butcher's and then have them grilled on your plate in the garden. Beautiful location and lovely lighting.
And a nice mix of guests, groups, and so on.

The best steakhouse I've ever eaten at, at least a cut above the much-vaunted steakhouses in the Taranto and Martina Franca areas, where they're expensive and can shrink the meat for you. I've been going to the great Soleti for almost 10 years now, and it's always heaven. The sweet and spicy sausages melt in your mouth, the mouth-watering bombettes, including the new addition of the fantastic chicken bombettes, the incredibly flavorful chicken livers, and the incredibly kind staff are always a plus. Highly recommended.

I've been going there for many years, but lately I've noticed the prices have increased a lot, with the one I had last time, 3 bombette per person, 1 slice of capocollo and 2 sausages in total, with an appetizer of only cured meats and cheeses, a few, and wine by the glass, 30 e., once 17.

Pranzo informale dove abbiamo apprezzato la bontà della carne. Superlativa la bistecca di scottona (peccato che sia arrivata un pò tiepida) e la zampina....buone le bombette. Cortesia del personale. Prezzi giusti. da ritornarci.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi sin dall'accoglienza. Gentilissimi e disponibili da subito, ma poi è stata un'esplosione di sapori. La carne molto buona, che non viene portata tutta insieme per permettere di mangiarla sempre alla giusta temperatura. Prezzi onesti e servizio molto veloce. Super consigliato
