Very quiet place, fast service, and very friendly staff. The meat selection is wide and the food is really good; I personally especially enjoyed the bombette. The quality/price ratio is also good. Highly recommended.

Amazing Place – A Meat Lover’s Dream!
Braceria Soleti is an absolute gem in Casalini! We've been here several times and always leave impressed — it's one of our favorite places to eat.
The quality of the meat is outstanding: incredibly fresh, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor.
What makes it even more special is the wonderful family behind it all. Their warmth, passion, and dedication shine through in everything they do — from the food to the atmosphere and the service.

Four of us went to this grill restaurant for dinner, and the experience was excellent. The atmosphere is informal and authentic, reminiscent of a festival, perfect for a no-frills evening.
The highlight is undoubtedly the meat. You choose directly from the butcher's counter, it's weighed, and then cooked to perfection on a huge open brazier. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the cooking is impeccable.
The service is quick, and the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. On a weekday, we easily found parking and had a short wait. I imagine it's busier on weekends. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the high quality offered. Highly recommended for lovers of good meat!

Pranzo informale dove abbiamo apprezzato la bontà della carne. Superlativa la bistecca di scottona (peccato che sia arrivata un pò tiepida) e la zampina....buone le bombette. Cortesia del personale. Prezzi giusti. da ritornarci.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi sin dall'accoglienza. Gentilissimi e disponibili da subito, ma poi è stata un'esplosione di sapori. La carne molto buona, che non viene portata tutta insieme per permettere di mangiarla sempre alla giusta temperatura. Prezzi onesti e servizio molto veloce. Super consigliato
