Pranzo informale dove abbiamo apprezzato la bontà della carne. Superlativa la bistecca di scottona (peccato che sia arrivata un pò tiepida) e la zampina....buone le bombette. Cortesia del personale. Prezzi giusti. da ritornarci.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi sin dall'accoglienza. Gentilissimi e disponibili da subito, ma poi è stata un'esplosione di sapori. La carne molto buona, che non viene portata tutta insieme per permettere di mangiarla sempre alla giusta temperatura. Prezzi onesti e servizio molto veloce. Super consigliato

This butcher's shop with restaurant is a real dive into the authentic values of the Apulian tradition. From the first moment, you can perceive the love for the flavours, places and culture of the typical farms of the area.
I had dinner with excellent friends and we had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious Bombette, prepared and cooked with great care, and served simply but impeccably. The venue has an essential style, which further enhances the authenticity of the experience.
The service, despite being simple, was extremely precise and punctual, helping to make the evening pleasant and relaxing. A place that fully deserves my 5 stars. Highly recommended for those who love real flavors and a genuine atmosphere.

Spartan place, classic butcher's shop in the area, but with a large hall ready to host a lot of people. External parking.
Friendly, helpful and quick staff.
Average quality of meat, price a little too high.
Everything you see in the photo, plus 1 water, 1 salad, 2 cokes paid €92
Good cooking except for the cut, which was requested rare and arrived cooked.
Maybe later I'll give it a second chance.

Upon our arrival, no welcome but you go directly to the butcher's counter to choose the meat, bombette of various flavors that you would like to eat on the grill
In addition to this, the possibility of cold cuts and cheeses, all strictly local
The location is rustic, typical of the place
The service is quite fast
The food is all good
