A truly unique experience! You enter through the butcher's counter where you select your meat. Then, at your table, you'll find vegetables, fries, salad, and drinks. And the house wine by the liter! Delicious. Mr. Vito is the best host.
And the kitchen grills your meat perfectly. This is well worth the half-hour drive.

Choosing meat from the counter and having it grilled: it's a great concept.
We opted for an assortment of rolls, which, according to the instructions, promised a wide variety, but ultimately all tasted almost the same. Disappointing.
They were, however, among the tastiest vegetable side dishes we've had in the region!

A unique concept: choose your meats at the butcher's and then have them grilled on your plate in the garden. Beautiful location and lovely lighting.
And a nice mix of guests, groups, and so on.

The best steakhouse I've ever eaten at, at least a cut above the much-vaunted steakhouses in the Taranto and Martina Franca areas, where they're expensive and can shrink the meat for you. I've been going to the great Soleti for almost 10 years now, and it's always heaven. The sweet and spicy sausages melt in your mouth, the mouth-watering bombettes, including the new addition of the fantastic chicken bombettes, the incredibly flavorful chicken livers, and the incredibly kind staff are always a plus. Highly recommended.
