We went to Braceria Fuoco Matto for lunch this Sunday and it was a truly wonderful experience. The cuisine was authentic, tasty, and homemade, with an unmistakable flavor. The grilled meat was truly exquisite. The service was impeccable and they immediately responded to our every need. An experience we'll definitely repeat, especially considering the excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Business dinner. Family atmosphere, spectacular meat, from the rib eye steak to the chicken livers and bombette—the best I've tasted in Puglia. Excellent value for money. Congratulations!

09/11/2025: A typical Martina Franca steakhouse serving mixed roast meats. There was a very long wait for service on a Saturday evening; the dishes we ordered arrived after over an hour. The meat was good and well-cooked, but the lack of adequate ventilation meant we went home stinking from head to toe.

29/11/2025: Dinner with friends, we didn't eat much, 30 sbleuri, regardless of the quality of the meat, even if it had been top of the top we wouldn't have paid so much, I was there last night and right now it's 9:42 in the morning and it's the second time I've gone to the bathroom.
11/11/2025: A welcoming, clean, well-maintained place, and above all, excellent food, top-quality meat. I highly recommend it.
