Last night I visited this grill restaurant for the first time, and the experience was overall very pleasant. The meat was good quality, well-cooked, and the atmosphere was informal, perfect for a quiet evening with friends. The service was friendly and helpful. Quick to serve! A vast selection of bombette, with many flavors and delicious combinations; the desserts were also excellent! One aspect I particularly appreciated was the attention to those with specific dietary needs: since I'm celiac, they carefully prepared my meat separately to avoid cross-contamination, demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism. A place I'll gladly return to. Prices are average.

The place is welcoming and very clean, with a refined style that immediately puts you at ease. Like a perfect grill house, they have a well-curated and high-quality meat display. ​Despite it being a very busy Sunday lunch (we had reservations!), the service was quick and impeccable. The staff is the real added value: super friendly, attentive, and always available, capable of managing the dining room with great professionalism. ​🍽️ ​We opted for the set menu: generous portions from appetizers (fabulous) to first courses, and high-quality meat cooked masterfully. Everything was accompanied by an excellent wine, and, with a small twist, we tried their craft beers, which are highly recommended. ​We finished on a high note with excellent desserts, ice cream, bitters, and grappa. ​In summary: A perfect mix of Apulian grill tradition and modern service. EXCELLENT value for money. We'll definitely be back!

Found almost by chance, this grill was a pleasant surprise on a Sunday in February. Friendly and professional staff welcomed us. The meat counter is stocked with everything from bombette to strips to the finest cuts of meat. Fast service and truly excellent meat. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!!!

Let's start with the ingredients, which were excellent quality, and in my case, the cooking instructions were followed to the letter, except for the livers, which arrived overcooked, actually burned! The side dishes were very good, but the grilled vegetables were ridiculously large! The service was mixed: everything was perfect, from ordering to serving dishes—friendly, friendly, and fast. However, during the meal, it felt like being at an A.Y.C.E. restaurant. One of the waiters was so frustratingly busy trying to retrieve every plate as soon as it was emptied that I had to point out he was bothering us. He even went so far as to ask a fellow diner, "Please pass it to me!"?? Absolutely unspeakable! Other than that, the food was excellent at a truly competitive price, enough to give it a second chance!

A very nice and welcoming place with a minimal, industrial style. We organized a table with friends at this unfamiliar grill restaurant, where we were greeted with politeness and familiarity. I thank the staff for their courtesy, attentiveness, and impeccable table service. My compliments also go to the excellent quality of the appetizers and the expertly grilled meats. The quality/price ratio is excellent. We will gladly return.

What can I say? The meat is excellent, not to mention the service. The waiter Fabrizio is incredibly helpful and sweet, a refined and respectable professional who enriches the atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.
