I remember Mimmo when he had a butcher's shop on Via Bari in Valenzano... my mother was a regular customer... now he has customers who come from all over... a grill restaurant known far beyond just the province.

Good grill, attentive and fast service. The only downside is the desserts, which are kept at too low a temperature and end up frozen and therefore ruined. Overall, a good place to eat.

24/09/2025: Well-deserved stars... Delicious dinner, very unique yet simple! We stumbled upon it by chance with The Fork. Very well-served, very kind guy, and a spectacular chef. Super satisfied! Congratulations. We've been back there years later, and nothing has changed, always good and impeccable. ❤️ I highly recommend it!!
16/09/2025: Wonderful restaurant that served us generously. My wife and I enjoyed the fresh mushroom appetizer and shared fondue burguignon and cheese fondue. We had savory sauces with the meat, herbed bread for the cheese and sides of pickles and onions. A great experience.

26/10/2025: The food was quite tasty. Just some dishes are overpriced for what they are, especially the desserts. Still a good option for lunch.
