Good grill, wide selection of excellent quality meat, potatoes cooked on the grill, very tender flakes, minimal waiting. Definitely coming back.

Braceria da Mimmo lived up to expectations. The wait staff is friendly, cordial and very helpful; even the stoker is really good. The meats are of excellent quality and their flavor is very pleasant and delicate. If you pass by Valenzano (San Lorenzo district) I suggest you stop by…with a reservation.

Excellent grill. Meat at the top. On Sundays it is also open for lunch with a fixed menu at €35 which includes 4 starters, 1 first course, 2 second courses, 1 side dish, drinks, water and wine, bitter dessert or coffee. Everything quality. Highly recommended. The chops with sauce are superb.

31/05/2025: Excellent panzerotto with strong ricotta and caciocavallo. The cereal dough and the sweet cocoa dough with Nutella and mascarpone are delicious!!! Well done 🤩 The only flaw is the location, on the ground floor it would have been better

02/08/2025: Last night, Friday, August 3rd, I was so hungry while waiting for friends at the airport that I thought maybe I'd still find something open in Bitonto, since it was 11:15 PM. I came across this pizzeria, with very polite and helpful staff, and since I didn't have much time, they offered me a panzerotto, which they prepared and baked in less than 5 minutes. It was delicious, although I'll admit I'm not a big fan of baked panzerotto. Soft dough and abundant, delicious ingredients for only 2 euros. If you're in the area, definitely go there. Excellent. Thanks for everything, Giovanni from Taranto.
07/06/2025: It is not the first time that I enjoy the delights offered by Lorenzo and his wife. They live up to the fame that they have deservedly earned. I recommend
