Starter max for 2 excellent and generous, cartwheel pizza with light and digestible dough, excellent Danish fillet, good desserts. Discreet service and friendly staff.

I don't remember the name of the fried food but it was a bucatini with cheese and pepper, square in shape, of divine goodness. Super Roman four cheese pizza. The added value is the always available and smiling dining room staff and the clean place. Of note is the meat (I'm a vegetarian but my husband isn't) which on display gives the idea of ​​being of excellent quality and the first ones I saw steaming at the destination! Well done everyone!!!!!

SOLID… to describe it in English. Italian restaurant for starters, fried foods, pizza and decent meat. I'm crazy about fried foods (for fried bucatini all'amatriciana... absurd). Various types of cuts of meat and homemade side dishes. But the real gem are the desserts (pistachio tiramisu top marks).

Max in Trigoria is a barbecue restaurant with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for those looking for a nice place to eat in peace. However, despite expectations, the experience did not quite live up to the price paid. I ordered the meat, a specialty of the place, but unfortunately it wasn't up to par. The portion was quite small compared to the cost and, above all, not particularly tasty or tender, as you would expect from a grill restaurant. Considering the price, I expected much higher quality. The rest of the menu, however, was decent. The fried foods, in particular, were good, crunchy and not too greasy, but overall they didn't manage to completely lift the experience. The service was courteous and the environment very nice, with an atmosphere that encourages you to spend time pleasantly, but the quality of the meat is an aspect that, for a grill restaurant, cannot be overlooked. In summary, Max has potential as a restaurant, but the quality-price ratio on meat definitely needs to be improved. With greater attention to the quality of raw materials, it could really make a difference.
