I went to Lucca to visit a friend who gave us a tour of the city☺️ Lucca is splendid, even more so during the Christmas period🥰🥰🥰

We loved touring through Lucca, albeit during a brief stay on our way to Cinque Terre. The Piazza was clean and busy with tourists, cafes, and very safe.

Very large square in the historic center of Lucca. The oval shape of the square is due to the fact that it was built on the remains of an ancient Roman theatre. During this Christmas period it is a good thing to visit it, a jewel that deserves to be better known
