An excellent place, both for its location, where you're mesmerized by the glass-enclosed view of underground tombs from the Messapian period, and for the good quality food. I highly recommend it, also for the efficient staff and the very friendly owner.

At Valentina and Mimmo's, you don't just go for a meal, you go home. Every time you enter, you feel the warm, authentic atmosphere that only those who put their heart into what they do can create. The meat is simply exceptional, the quality you taste at first bite, and the pizza is delicious, made with passion and true attention to detail. But the added value is you: the welcome, the smile, the feeling of always being in the right place. A wonderful restaurant, but above all, wonderful people. Coming back is always a guarantee ❤️

A break with meatballs, bombette, and ribs after an exhibition in the castle. Fast service, excellent, well-grilled meat, excellent beer, and a welcoming atmosphere.

A wonderful lunchtime sitting outside. Staff friendly, most delicious orecchiette followed by bombsite and ash potatoes. Highly recommend eating here. The range of meats to choose from at the butcher's counter is wonderful.

Had dinner a few nights ago, very nice location, good food, excellent meat, but the big flaw... the service... we chose different meats, various flavors of bombettes. There were five of us with different tastes. Too bad that when they brought our tray, the meat was all mixed up and we no longer knew which one we had chosen, without any explanation. The waiters were always rushing us and took away plates almost without putting down the cutlery. It was a family dinner that was supposed to be relaxing, but the waiters were making us anxious. It's a shame, the place is worth it, but I've never seen staff like that. Also because it's not a fast food restaurant.

05/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria in the center of Fasano Delicious fries accompanied by delicious homemade hot parmesan sauce They offer gluten-free options and pizzas.
25/09/2025: Excellent pizza and delicious desserts prepared directly by their very friendly and knowledgeable staff who know how to recommend and, above all, are very quick to serve. The appetizer was also excellent; those meatballs were really good. The owner even offered us a amaro. An experience we absolutely will repeat.

Pentole e Provette

30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart. I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend. We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience. And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you. They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication. We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️ P.S. Thanks for the surprise 💗
13/10/2025: We were absolutely impressed by this restaurant — the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. The chef is truly talented, and every dish was a masterpiece. A well-deserved Michelin star!
