We stopped here on our way back from the beach; we discovered it by chance. We tried the trio of bombette and loved them. The wine and wine-based desserts (like little boats with fig jam) were also very good. The layout and interior were also very nice. The staff were friendly. We had a great time.

Traditional cuisine, a very charming place with macrofossils in the Lecce stone. Competitive prices. Friendly and helpful staff. The torcinelli are the only noteworthy dishes, with a distinctive flavor due to their lamb content. Both the sausages and the meatballs seemed to have the same texture and flavor—good, but nothing special.

24/01/2026: We've been frequenting this pizzeria for many years now, and it's certainly one of the most delicious in the lower Salento area. The taste of pizza is subjective, but to judge, you have to taste it. The dough is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the fact that they're prepared in full view is certainly a guarantee. And to top it all off, the owner and his staff are incredibly friendly and offer excellent service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
