Excellent food, no doubt! But as a Chianina native, I say: pici are called pici precisely because they "stick" together. These aren't pici, but a way to speed up their preparation!

Excellent quality food and excellent, fast, and attentive service. From the outside, it may look like a normal bar/tobacconist, but inside, the restaurant area is decorated with a perfect blend of modern and traditional. The pici and 1.1 kg of Chianina steak are both delicious.

30/09/2025: We stayed in the area for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our daily morning routine of cappuccino's and cornetto's from Perbacco. The dinner is also amazing and a must try if you are looking for authentic Tuscan cuisine
15/09/2025: Splendid view of the valley, warm welcome, compliments to the chef. Only complaint: we would have liked to see some more traditional Tuscan dishes.
