A very good address for this restaurant with its refined yet unpretentious atmosphere. Beautiful lighting, music not too loud. The cuisine is very creative, with subtle flavors and meticulous presentation, and, unusually, no wait between courses. We ordered a vegetable starter, a meat dish, and dessert—all delicious and original. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food, and the red wine with green wine is delightful. Highly recommended!

The menu is updated frequently, and the atmosphere remains welcoming, with thoughtful lighting and an open kitchen. I really appreciated the wine list, which was anything but ordinary. I was satisfied with the appetizers, but I can't help but notice that on several occasions the meat wasn't entirely satisfying. The prices, while not particularly high but not cheap, put the restaurant in competition with others, which, while a bit more expensive, offer significantly higher-quality cuts.

I'd been there several times under the previous management; the new menu offers fewer cuts than in the past. We were told the choice was to offer fewer cuts, but with greater attention to quality. Ordering a rib-eye steak, without being asked how done we'd like it, we found a mediocre cut; it didn't disappoint, but it didn't blow us away either. I found the service a bit pushy, despite the positive intent of ensuring everything ran smoothly (except for the young man and, I assume, the owner of the restaurant). Unfortunately, I find the experience worse than in the past, but the atmosphere is certainly still the same: quiet and reserved.

I went to Brace Pura for a dinner with friends, and I must say the experience was truly perfect. The restaurant has a refined yet warm industrial style, and you can immediately sense the attention to the raw materials.
We started with some shared appetizers: special mention for the steak tartare, balanced and very interesting with the bottarga. The real star, however, is obviously the grilled rib-eye steak—precisely cooked, with an intense yet never heavy flavor. You can taste the research, experience, and respect for the product behind it.
The wine list is also excellent, with unconventional choices and the staff are knowledgeable in recommending without being intrusive.
The service is young but attentive, with well-timed service and a pleasant atmosphere, suitable for both a dinner for two or a group of friends.
Prices are in line with the quality offered.
I will return to try other dishes.

Monday dinner. Parking is difficult. Reservations are recommended. The place is intimate and clean. The price is moderately high, and the service is a bit slow. We had a rib-eye steak; they didn't ask us how it was cooked. The desserts were mediocre, and since they're closing for dinner, I wouldn't eat there again.

Dinner for two. Small but charming, the staff were friendly and polite. The food was overall good, but there were some flaws in the organization: we ordered a rib-eye steak and a cheek, but both were unavailable, forcing us to change our order twice. For a meat restaurant, availability was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.
The red wine was also served too cold and was a different vintage than the one listed on the menu.
A decent experience, but room for improvement in some areas.

During a recent trip to Turin, I stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance while looking for somewhere to eat after arriving in the city. Located right in the center, it was incredibly easy to reach on foot, always a plus when you’ve just arrived and want something convenient yet memorable.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the setting. The décor features a beautifully curated industrial style: clean lines, thoughtful details, and a well-balanced mix of raw and refined elements. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it equally suitable for a relaxed dinner or a special evening out. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel at ease.
One of the standout features is the large open kitchen. Being able to see the chefs at work adds a dynamic energy to the space and conveys confidence and transparency. It’s clear that what happens behind the scenes is just as important as what reaches the table.
As for the food, it truly exceeded my expectations. The menu is strongly meat-focused, but what really stands out is the precision and attention to flavor. Every dish felt carefully constructed, with a clear understanding of balance and seasoning. Even the vegetable side dishes were packed with flavor — far from being mere accompaniments, they held their own and demonstrated the same level of care as the main courses.
I walked in not knowing what to expect and left genuinely impressed. This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on my list of places to return to whenever I’m back in Turin.
