The entree is worth seeing again, 1 tiny sliver of ham, which you can hardly taste, so much so that it is small. Starter, poached egg with truffle (it was practically a poached egg, but done badly, the egg white partly overcooked and partly still liquid).
A mixed meat dish including: veal with tuna sauce, meat tartare, Brà sausage. (the veal with tuna sauce, the slice of meat was almost transparent and the sauce had a flat taste, neither the tuna, nor the capers nor the anchovy could be perceived, the tartare, very good meat but it was not seasoned. As for the sausage it didn't seem like Brà's, not very tasty and in any case not much on the plate.)
The steak 850 gr. approximately, requested rare, arrived a little more cooked than expected, in some places it was tough and nervous. Overall good but not worth the €100 or more requested. The bacon with baked potatoes, good bacon, the potatoes left a little to be desired.
Overall, considering the type of restaurant, the quantity of food served and the quality of the food, I'm sorry but the value for money (€204) is not adequate. Sin!

I always gladly return to pure barbecue.
Chef Johnny is very knowledgeable as is the dining room staff who are present but not intrusive.
I can't wait to return again.

Prices too high for the offer.
Service to be improved even if the staff works hard and it shows but the result is not up to the requested cost.
If the kitchen is visible, don't let the owner come in and leave hair lying around, unprofessional and a bad image.
I had to request the same things several times, bill included, I was hit 3 times when passing through service, arrange the tables better.
The meat is a no, It costs too much for what you offer, pay attention to the entrees, they are either exceptional or forget about the old school canteen type meatballs. And remove the asado from the menu, it's an offense in all, that's enough to not come back. the risotto is good and the mushrooms delicate. Interesting marrow, work on it, I would only go back if invited. You are on the right path to excellence, get busy.
Well done to the maitre d' in his evaluations. I don't recommend it yet, suitable for those who want to discover something new and have money to invest.
