"Chef's table" experience for couples: a succession of surprising combinations, face to face with the chef. A very pleasant and interesting journey for both the taste buds and the eyes. The courses also allowed us to taste cuts of meat that we are not used to ordering, but which, expertly prepared, turned out to be truly excellent.

From the ashes not only the phoenix rises but the Magician returns with great style and I could not help but go and visit him. The Chef is followed, probably you love him or you do not love him. Go find an interesting dish and decide to go back to taste it again? Poor deluded person the menu changes faster than its own thought and improves, refines, burns on that ember. Not going is a choice but regretting it is the inevitable consequence! P. S. The service is young, immature and for this reason so informal that it is fun and completes the pleasant atmosphere.

As usual, chef Trentini does not disappoint. Refined and balanced dishes, with impeccable aesthetics. Fair price.

Chef Marcello remains a master of combinations and bold but elegant flavors even if he is no longer at Magorabin; hurry up and ensure yourself an evening of enjoyment in this place with a Turin atmosphere but with a very cool touch before it becomes a must in Turin - the bubbles and vermouth are also of the highest level

Fritto misto dolce strepitoso , quello salato riscontro qualche problemino : la milanese e altre carni erano dure e asciutte forse perché troppo sottili ...qualche verdura un po cruda ma comunque nel complesso buono, prezzo onestissimo.

10/03/2025: Enchanting place in a small village where the managers of Cantina Alpina also organize and set up super nice exhibitions and vernissages. It is highly recommended to stay and eat at this small hotel where my partner and I spent a relaxing weekend. You can easily reach ski destinations as well as walks immersed in nature. Thanks in particular to Alessandra!! See you soon💟
