If you're headed to Hadrian's Villa (Villa Adriana) in Tivoli, Bova's Grill is Excellent! I had a tomahawk veal that was cooked perfectly with roasted potatoes and salad on the plate - 23 Euro's -unbelievable! This meal in Los Angeles would easily cost $80 . My wife ordered pulled pork nuggets , I was like what , but wait, these were delicious too ! Highly recommend this place . Rome has many restaurants this was my best meal here -period .

I came once to try Bova's Grill at Villa Adriana, and since then it has practically become my second home! In addition to the quality of the meat and the welcoming atmosphere, there is a person who makes every meal special: Francesca. Being served by her is a real pleasure. He has an attention for customers that goes beyond simple service: he always welcomes you with a smile, takes care of every detail and transmits an incredible passion for his work. Every time he knows how to recommend the best dishes, the perfect ones for me, and he never makes mistakes! It's because of her that I feel welcome every time I come in here, and her kindness is one of the main reasons I come back every day. Obviously, credit also goes to the chefs, who do an extraordinary job. In particular, Sharon and Nicolas are exceptional: every dish that comes out of their kitchen is a guarantee of goodness! A place can have great food, but it's the staff that makes the difference – and Bova's Grill has some great people that make it a truly special place!
