Rachele is knowledgeable and attentive; after all, she's been a barista since 1992, so it's no surprise. It's a grueling job, where you're constantly on your feet, all day, every day. But she's always on the ball and always smiling, as is her niece, her assistant. The bar is beautiful, large, and bright, but above all, clean. Quite well-stocked, not only for breakfast, but also for quick lunches. Which (for me) is very important... They ALWAYS issue a receipt.
