A fantastic insider tip!
Authentic traditional food and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
It truly feels like a family business, and you're served by the chef/father himself.
The food is displayed and selected at the entrance, and they don't speak German or English, but the owner is adept at Google Translate, so everything is easily resolved.
Please don't let that put you off; this is truly delicious traditional food, and heart and soul go into everything they offer.
We were there as a group of six, ordered all the dishes (only €7 per dish) and had them served in the middle so everyone could sample all the dishes. Even the glass of wine was of outstanding quality, and you could tell the chef was concerned about ensuring everything was to our satisfaction. A fantastic experience that I can highly recommend to everyone.

We loved this restaurant, such an authentic Italian experience. Some of the best food we’ve had in Salerno, all local dishes / local produce; you pick what you want from the choice from the display counter or the online menu. prices were really reasonable. The owner was really helpful and friendly. The wine was delicious. Will absolutely go back.

Spent a wonderful couple of hours here, enjoying the local meats and cheeses. The owner was very nice and obviously proud of his produce. Rightfully so.

Arriving from Lugano, I couldn't resist dinner at the warm and traditional Botteghelle 65. From the intense, familiar flavor of the arreganate pasta to the explosion of aromas and flavors of the locally sourced platter, every dish is a discovery. The signature dish is unforgettable: brioche with fiordilatte ice cream and olive oil. Have you ever tried the sweet "scarpetta" (toss the bread with the bread)? If not, you must... it's truly a taste of heaven.

The owner was welcoming, explained the dishes in detail, and was very reasonably priced. A must-do experience to fully appreciate the local culinary culture. Highly recommended!

Sempre guidati siamo stato in questo caratteristico locale, dove abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici della cucina campana, alcuni dei quali non assaporavo da tempo.
Il titolare che ha personalizzato il locale, con una attenta scelta dei prodotti e vini proposti di qualità eccelsa.
Un piacere per il palato che lascia il segno a chi ama questo tipo di esperienze.
Calore e simpatia completano l’esperienza che consiglio e spero di ripetere alla prossima occasione che saremo da queste parti.

lustiges Konzept, gleich am Eingang wird bestellt, entweder eine tolle lokale platte für 2 was wir gemacht haben - fast schade das nicht auch platz war für die schönen gerichte welche am Eingang auch präsentiert werden (alles auf dem Ofen) gute Weinempfehlung, man muss sich dem Gastgeber öffnen und geniessen im rustikalen Speiseraum.
