Rude staff, high prices (though I should have expected that considering the area), barely adequate quality of ingredients. It's a tourist trap. Paying 8 euros for a slice of stuffed pizza is just around the corner from the stadium or the airport. But the worst part is the staff, who seem like you're doing them a favor by buying from them.

I was absolutely amazed when I saw this place! We didn’t know which one to buy because everything was so good! They offer free tastings and will let you try everything, leaving you completely full! 07/10/2025: An extraordinary experience! After discovering this little gem nestled in the heart of Rome on my engagement anniversary, I decided to return and share the panoramic, culinary, and sensory wonder this place offers with my bridesmaids a few weeks before the wedding. From the first moment, we were greeted with extreme professionalism by the dining room staff, who accompanied us with a kind smile throughout the evening. The dishes were absolutely superb; it's wonderful to be surprised each time by new combinations and contrasts: nothing is ever banal or left to chance. Not to mention the breathtaking view Aroma offers its guests; only here can you breathe the immortality of the Eternal City. I can't wait to return!!
06/10/2025: I went for my thirtieth birthday. The location was breathtaking, with a truly evocative view of the Colosseum! The staff was truly excellent, very professional and kind. The quality of the food was truly high, and the portions were just right. They remembered it was my birthday, even though I'd booked months in advance, and brought me a complimentary dessert, wishing me a happy birthday! I'll definitely be back.
