I've been a customer for over twenty years. Emilio and Anna are two special people who passed on their love for their work to their son Roberto, who has turned it into a true passion, driven by knowledge and top-notch professionalism. The staff is attentive and courteous, except for one person who isn't part of the counter or cashier staff, whom I found truly unpleasant. I highly recommend this shop.

It was a 5-star rating for courtesy, kindness, professionalism, and excellent products. Roberto Dario Manola was the best. Today I'm giving it 3 stars because there are new, less than polite people here, who have ruined the old atmosphere.
