The pastries take you to heaven, but the staff takes you straight back to hell. No smiles, but tons of goodness. I walk in a customer, and I walk out a survivor... with a croissant that makes me cry (with joy)! 😄

I was truly impressed with this pastry shop, which also proves to be an excellent choice for lunch. The quality of the first and second courses is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and fresh ingredients. Furthermore, the service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. The atmosphere is always clean and very welcoming, which makes a lunch break even more enjoyable. And finally, I can't help but mention the quality of the desserts: the icing on the cake!

Tastefully decorated. I go here every morning for breakfast to treat myself. The breakfast selection is truly vast and the quality excellent! Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and cheerful and makes you feel special, even when you're having a simple macchiato. I've tried many breakfast bars in Florence, which, let's face it, isn't the most welcoming city in the world, but this place is truly special and makes me feel at home ❤️

Ristorante Pizzeria Da Ciccio

12/01/2026: I went there for a business lunch. The price of €13 was more than fair for the food, which was good. However, the place is poorly heated, and when you're eating, this is really annoying and takes away the pleasure of the lunch break.
15/10/2025: Friendly and welcoming, nice place. Good food in a casual atmosphere, excellent value. We'll be back.
