Sono stato oggi alla bottega del caffè con la mia ragazza. La gestione è cambiata, grandissima qualità del caffè e i titolari Lars e Daniela sono persone squisite. Purtroppo abito relativamente lontano da Salò, ma quando farò una gita in loco troveranno in me un cliente soddisfatto e affezionato. Bravi, bravi, bravi!!! Sarei felice di avere il buon Lars nei miei contatti social, se anche lui avesse un account, per essere informato su eventuali iniziative o degustazioni. Sono stata oggi dopo pranzo con il mio fidanzato e abbiamo assaporato dell'ottimo caffè di nicchia, caldamente consigliato dal nuovo gestore Lars pur non essendo il caffè più caro (contro ogni suo interesse). Un'ampia scelta, io ho optato per una miscela arabica al passion fruit. Per la prima volta sono riuscita ad assaporare un ottimo caffè senza zucchero e senza avere quell'amaro in bocca tipico di qualsiasi caffè di bassa qualità non zuccherato. Il tutto accompagnato da quattro chiacchiere e qualche risata in simpatia con il nuovo gestore che coccola proprio il cliente ed è molto accogliente. Anche il mio fidanzato è rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'alta qualità del caffè e dalla professionalità di Lars. Consigliatissimo!!! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente. Silvia e Alberto (Calvisano)

I went today after lunch with my boyfriend and we enjoyed an excellent coffee that the new manager Lars highly recommended to us, although not the most expensive (against his best interests). A wide choice, I opted for an arabic blend with passion fruit and for the first time I managed to drink it without sugar and without perceiving that bitterness typical of low quality unsweetened coffees. All accompanied by a pleasant friendly chat with Lars who pampers the customer and is very welcoming. My boyfriend was also pleasantly impressed by the excellent quality of the coffee and the professionalism. Highly recommended!!! We will definitely be back. Silvia and Alberto (Calvisano)
