I ordered a graduation cake. The selection is vast, and I opted for the millefeuille. The staff was kind and efficient. The cake was beautiful and delicious (I added the bay leaves myself later).
The Via Erbosa location also has a coffee shop and gluten-free products; the selection is wide and delicious. A paradise for celiacs and non-celiacs alike.

One of the best gluten free places I've ever been to! Everything is fresh, super tasty and made with great care, staff is friendly and welcoming. Coffee is also one of the best I've had in Florence so far 11/10, really worth the trip from the city center

100% gluten-free oasis of goodness
The first impression is already a feast for the eyes: a wide variety of sweets (from biscuits to fresh pastries) and savory treats, including bread. The taste is breathtaking! The staff is friendly and helpful. You can also purchase flour and packaged products.
It's worth more than one taste, even for those without special dietary needs.

This might just be the best gluten free bakery in the world. The croissants are amazing, so are the pan au chocolate and cannolis, and the sandwiches are very good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has celiac(edited for clarity).

Unfortunately, I can't share that experience.
The staff is overwhelmed and ignores you. Prices aren't displayed, and if they are, they're wrong. After I paid, saw the price was incorrect on the receipt, and tried to ask about it, I was arrogantly ignored.
They don't have panini.
What a shame ☹️

Truly a must visit for any celiac in Florence. I’m also vegan so there weren’t a ton of baked goods I could have, but it’s very possible there were more options earlier in the day (I didn’t make it until evening), and I did snag some focaccia which I can’t wait to try. And besides that, it is a fully grocery store of gluten free products! I grabbed some pasta and cookies to take back with me :) such an amazing little gem and well worth the bus ride from the center
