So glad I visited this bakery on my trip to Florence! In an area that felt more local than touristy. A ‘must do’ for any coeliac. One of the best totally gluten free bakeries I’ve been too. They are rare. This feels so safe and the choice!!!!! Incredible. Would recommend the donuts and the chocolate flakey pastries. Great selection in the shop too of lots of gf produce. The staff were also friendly and spoke English.

I accompanied my celiac father to try this oven, he was almost moved when he tasted your products. Excellent donuts and focaccias, very similar to traditional ones. Compliments

Wonderful experience. It's one of the first times I've found a shop that knows how to make so many apparently simple gluten-free foods that, for a celiac, are rare to find. As you can see in the photo, the things I liked the most were this delicious pizza with sausage and this fantastic chocolate bombolone with powdered sugar. I fell in love with the latter, especially because I had never eaten it in my life. Few words and only compliments, very good!!!❤️

Traveling with two kids with celiac and two other others who are gluten intolerant, this place was an amazing find! My husband loves pizza and this was probably his favorite gluten-free pizza of our entire trip to Italy! Don’t let the distance from the city center dissuade you. It was a beautiful walk along the river from neat Pitti Palace where we are staying. Plus, the walk helped us feel a little about the extra cookies and treats we ordered for take-away. The meat and cheese puff pastries were also exceptionally great! If anyone in your party does not eat, gluten, this is an absolute must try on your trip to Florence! And the rest of the party who does eat, gluten will not be disappointed, either. Everything was wonderful!

Wonderful gluten free bakery in Florence. The food was so good and diverse that I would literally travel back just to visit this establishment. Both the breads and sweets are fantastic!!!

Il paradiso per un celiaco, entrare e vedere prodotti da forno e sulla vetrina vedere scritto senza glutine, in più sentir dire...E tutto senza glutine! Senza parole, prodotti buonissimi dolce, salato, pane che neanche nelle foto è così perfetto, in più rifornito di prodotti confezionati e surgelati, un paradiso gluten free. È non finisce qui! il personale? gentili e simpatici, una calorosa accoglienza toscana senza eguali. Andateci! Svelti!
