This might just be the best gluten free bakery in the world. The croissants are amazing, so are the pan au chocolate and cannolis, and the sandwiches are very good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has celiac(edited for clarity).

Unfortunately, I can't share that experience. The staff is overwhelmed and ignores you. Prices aren't displayed, and if they are, they're wrong. After I paid, saw the price was incorrect on the receipt, and tried to ask about it, I was arrogantly ignored. They don't have panini. What a shame ☹️

I was passing through and it was definitely worth stopping in. The bread is very good. The schiacciata is amazing. The dairy-free desserts are very tasty.

Truly a must visit for any celiac in Florence. I’m also vegan so there weren’t a ton of baked goods I could have, but it’s very possible there were more options earlier in the day (I didn’t make it until evening), and I did snag some focaccia which I can’t wait to try. And besides that, it is a fully grocery store of gluten free products! I grabbed some pasta and cookies to take back with me :) such an amazing little gem and well worth the bus ride from the center

100% gluten-free bakery and store!! I had already been there a few years ago and I went back without hesitation during a trip to Florence. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, the coffee is really good, and the pastries are delicious. Go there with your eyes closed! 🥐

They were very helpful and answered my questions with expertise and professionalism. But the real highlight of the place is their gluten-free bread, which is simply exceptional! It's clear that the place is committed to producing high-quality products, and their gluten-free bread is a real gem. In short, I can recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality gluten-free products and a pleasant shopping and eating experience.
