Excellent products, this place is our go-to place when we come downtown for breakfast. Nice atmosphere, even international, perhaps a little noisy, but worth it. Recommended!

I was surprised with how good the pastries are, the place is cute and staff is quite friendly.

A simple coffee, an aperitif, but the square Baci di Dama? Delicious. I tried a delicious cream cake, and ordered one to go right after.

I had a latte macchiato and a croissant sandwich on a rainy afternoon when I just wanted to step out of the apartment, sit with a book, and enjoy some coffee. This café turned out to be perfect for that. The atmosphere felt easy and welcoming — students studying, grandmas having lively chats, and a few people quietly working on their laptops. It made me feel completely comfortable sitting there alone with my book. The coffee was fine — perfectly acceptable — and even though it was already afternoon, they still made me a latte without any side-eye 😆. The croissant sandwich, however, was excellent. Small but mighty. I especially loved how generously they used mayonnaise, which tastes quite different from the kind in the U.S. All in all, I’m grateful for that quiet, cozy afternoon.

El Soto is a great place to enjoy good coffee and delicious pastries; it has a pleasant atmosphere, is spacious, and has a coffee shop-themed decor.

I needed a place to work in Bergamo and came here based on the good reviews: I couldn't have made a better choice! The food and coffee were super good, the atmosphere was very relaxed (I even managed to hold meetings), and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'll be back as soon as possible!
