I celebrated my graduation here, and everything was flawless from start to finish. The location offers a truly unique and evocative atmosphere, and the food was exceptional. A special thank you goes to Manuela, who was fantastic: attentive, present, and wonderful in accommodating my every request and wish, with immense availability and attention to detail. She made this special day even more memorable. Highly recommended for any event or for an unforgettable evening by the sea!

Stunning location; they should better signpost the entrance. We had dinner for two one evening. The seafood was fantastic for the first course, and the calamari was superbly cooked and tender. I was a bit perplexed by the appetizers... overpriced, especially for six slices of tuna sashimi.

Beautiful location, with an excellent view of the sea, very friendly staff, and excellent food. There's also live music on weekends. The only limitation is access to the restaurant, which is difficult for those with mobility issues.

I celebrated my son's birthday here and we really appreciated, in addition to the truly charming location, the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From Giancarlo to Manuela and all the staff, we had a truly wonderful time and will definitely be back. The atmosphere, with the right weather, was truly unique. And the pizzas were amazing!

Hotel Murgia Ristorante

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello. The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry. The staff is courteous and very friendly. So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place. I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again. Thank you for the wonderful time :-). See you soon!
27/12/2025: Nice little place, not too expensive. Close to Matera, Gioia del Colle, and Bari. Clean. Courteous.
