Unfortunately, our experience at this pizzeria was very disappointing. The service was slow and disorganized: the waiters seemed visibly tired and were constantly scolded by the maître d', creating an unpleasant atmosphere for the customers as well.
The food fell short of expectations, both in terms of quality and quantity. The menu was completely unclear: the dishes listed for a certain number of people did not correspond to what was actually served, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction.
Furthermore, after dinner, several people in our group experienced gastrointestinal issues such as nausea and stomach aches. A truly negative experience that we cannot recommend.

The service was excellent, friendly,
despite the staff being understaffed, they managed to handle the large crowd.
The food was decent.
The children's play area definitely needs updating, especially the carpet cleaning.
The retail prices are not low.

One of the nicest places in Bari... The food is excellent, catering for all allergies, and everything is freshly made and quite clean. The staff is very friendly and polite, and the customer service provided by AnnaRita is truly wonderful. The music and entertainment make this place truly special. I recommend it to everyone, especially families, as they have a dedicated area for little ones. It deserves a 5-star rating, even though it's honestly a 10-star place.

Interesting the possibility of being able to make a menu for company dinners, we had a good time and for only €15 each we ate chips in the center, a pizza of your choice from the extensive menu and a cake, with unlimited drinks.
Clean, we dined outside thanks also to the temperature that allows it.
Recommended, the pizza was good!
