Ristorante super carino. Proprietario molto gentile e cortese.

In ogni caso molto buono.

The concept of the restaurant is totally in focus with what it wants to offer its customers: to clear the truffle, too often thought of as a product intended only for important wallets, and offer it in a modern key also combining it with unusual ingredients. The result is a culinary offering that is not very extensive, but constantly in step with the seasonal rotation, rich in aromas and flavors reminiscent of Abruzzo which is the land of origin of the owner and chef of the restaurant. It's not always easy today to find a place where you can taste dishes made with first choice ingredients, expertly traced and explained by Guido, the host, who makes you experience the dish chosen on the menu before serving you. For Bosco we certainly cannot use the usual and now useless phrase "tradition and innovation" because here we have the pleasure of having a real educational-culinary experience that we really like today: knowing what I'm eating, where it comes from and why it is prepared that way. This justifies everything and makes you understand the difference between a simply cooked dish and one professionally cooked with real passion and a lot of heart.

vino tinto

17/01/2025: It is a somewhat particular place in its own way. It's an experience worth trying. It's not just drinking... it's also possible to eat, in the end a good wine is always better accompanied by something to eat rather than the other way around
22/11/2024: Convivial and welcoming environment. Excellent wine.

L'Apulia

13/08/2024: As always, the quality of the products offered and the courtesy of the staff are good.
10/08/2024: Fresh, smart and very nice restaurant. Very attentive and friendly staff, Elena immediately made us feel at home and pampered. Traditional Apulian dishes passed with flying colors. PanzArotto made properly with light and fried pasta without traces of oil, the perfect killer pasta. In homage to Roman cuisine, an excellent reinterpretation of carbonara with octopus instead of bacon. Really large portions and chef Tempesta also let us taste a portion of drunk octopus while waiting for the first courses which required long cooking times. In short, a little place with Apulian DNA that offers Raffo beer on tap and offers you (always the excellent Elena) a homemade rosolio. The location is very central and right in the middle of the nightlife but it remains faithful to its heritage and eschews "fashion" which is always fleeting. The products on sale are also excellent, such as the real freselle from Puglia, nice solid ones, not that light stuff full of holes that you find around. In short, a place to return to try the many exciting dishes that Chef Tempesta prepares with Salento mastery!
