The concept of the restaurant is totally in focus with what it wants to offer its customers: to clear the truffle, too often thought of as a product intended only for important wallets, and offer it in a modern key also combining it with unusual ingredients. The result is a culinary offering that is not very extensive, but constantly in step with the seasonal rotation, rich in aromas and flavors reminiscent of Abruzzo which is the land of origin of the owner and chef of the restaurant.
It's not always easy today to find a place where you can taste dishes made with first choice ingredients, expertly traced and explained by Guido, the host, who makes you experience the dish chosen on the menu before serving you. For Bosco we certainly cannot use the usual and now useless phrase "tradition and innovation" because here we have the pleasure of having a real educational-culinary experience that we really like today: knowing what I'm eating, where it comes from and why it is prepared that way. This justifies everything and makes you understand the difference between a simply cooked dish and one professionally cooked with real passion and a lot of heart.

Returned for the second time, excellent restaurant in the heart of Pigneto. Obviously the truffle dominates the menu but the other options are also excellent, such as the platter of highly sought-after Abruzzo cured meats and cheeses. Intimate environment and attentive customer service

Resto super clean. Having bag handle and chairs tables are well prepared before opening. Eating with air conditionner and truffle flavor is incredible. The chef is so nice. 20e per person for eat and drink.

The best experience ever! Amazing quality truffle, mind blowing flavor. Visited from New York, I still think about it everyday. Can’t wait to return one day. There’s nothing else like it honestly. 10/10

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Bosco. We started with Purezza and Coccodè, then opted for Kebosco and Pastasciutta. All cooked to perfection — tender and flavourful. The dessert, Germoglio, was a perfect finish. Lots of thought and care goes into every aspect of dining experience here.

We book on 04/25/2024 because, in view of a weekend in the capital, while looking for a nice place to have dinner, "Bosco Officine del tartufo" catches our eye.
This evening at dinner, what can I say, starting from the owner of the restaurant, a welcoming, warm and professional person.
A kind and attentive service with a place that is nothing short of fantastic from the furnishings to the window overlooking the kitchen.
The dishes then, a unique failure that can only make the rest of the dinner as pleasant as ever.
I highly recommend trying it.
It will definitely be a point of our choice on other occasions.
