If you are looking for a truffle specialty store, I recommend the wonderful store BOSCO in Pigneto, the street of art~ The platter served as an appetizer was also unusual and good! Good~

The pasta was very delicious, the noodles were just the right hardness, the sauce was fragrant but not greasy, the truffles were a little light but the quantity was enough, the owner and waiters were very warm and friendly, the environment was comfortable and relaxing, oh and they have an English menu, I highly recommend their pasta, I tried all three and they were all perfect.

Really nice place...comfortable spaces and a great atmosphere. We were greeted courteously and professionally. Everything was delicious: appetizers, first courses, and dessert. Compliments to all the staff.

Chef is warm welcoming person which is the most important character, passion for creating delicious cuisine. Just focus on the eyes enjoy and tongh experience of taste, flavor and smell , you will find the chef's effort is worth you every single penny and much better than yesterday old school restaurant.

I've been eating here, I might say, forever. Ever since Bosco had recently opened, and I'd been curious about it. The place was small, with just a few tables, and a very direct connection to the kitchen. Chef Guido himself was there to explain the dishes. And it was wonderful to learn why they were prepared that way, the restaurant's philosophy, or what he was working on for the next season. Since then, Bosco has grown. The tables have increased, but the spirit has remained the same. Guido is still there, with his infectious passion for good food and drink. And, as a longtime customer, what amazes me is that every time I eat at Bosco, it's an experience that perfectly blends the beauty of the "usual" with the pleasant sensation of the new and the unexpected: a new seasonal dish, an off-menu item of the day, or some new detail in the usual dishes. For me, Bosco is a sure thing.

Da amanti del tartufo ed avendo scoperto tale locale grazie al programma TV di Borghese, anche grazie ad un voucher SKY, finalmente abbiamo provato questa "perla" legata al mondo del tartufo. Prima di tutto l'accoglienza la fa da padrone, sia che tu sia un cliente di vecchia data, sia che ci si affacci per la prima volta (come noi). Aggiungo inoltre che lo Chef (nonchè proprietario del locale) Guido Liberti, dalla cucina c'ha ulteriormente accolto con sinceri ringraziamenti per la ns visita, risolvendo (e non era per nulla scontata) una querelle legata al voucher, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo, a prescindere da quello che mi appresto a descrivere in tema cena. Beh...il tartufo ovviamente la fa da padrone ma ho notato che ci sono anche pietanza senza il medesimo quindi...c'è una discreta scelta per tutti. Noi impavidi ed amanti del tubero, senza pietà ci siamo tuffati su crostoni, tagliolino, anatra, e Tratturo, che è un burger di grano Solina con tartare di manzo marinata alle erbe, crema di ricotta e tartufo. Chiusura con dolce...pangocciole...perchè l'unico che non poteva che chiudere anch'esso con ingrediente tartufo. Tutto buonissimo con materie di prima qualità e laddove possibile, anche con un occhio all'ambiente in tema di piatti (compostabili) ed annesso arredamento tavola. Locale non molto grande ma che forse anche causa questo, ti fa sentire ancora più coccolato ed al centro delle loro attenzioni. Torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto considerando i futuri periodi di tarfufo bianco e gran nero (ultimo e primo trimestre dell'anno solare). Complimenti vivissimi a Guido ed a tutto il suo intero Staff!! Daje sempre così...a presto!!!

Locale carino con poche pietanze sul menu...ma ottime. La pasta al burro con il tartufo e gli gnocchetti cinghiale e tartufo erano buonissimi, così come le patate al forno accompagnate al tartufo, ma la sorpresa più grande è stato il panino vegano, un'esplosione di sapori che non avrei immaginato. Il tutto poi è condito dalla proprietaria che per gentilezza e fascino non è seconda a nessuno. Ci rivedremo

03/11/2025: We're back after a year, and Sara Scarsella and Matteo Compagnucci have confirmed their reputation as one of the best restaurants in Lazio. Their cuisine is high-end, rooted in the local area, yet clearly influenced by the two chefs' experiences abroad. Their use of fermentation enhances the ingredients and also enhances the accompanying tastings with a rich selection of kombucha. The dining room staff is as skilled as the kitchen, as is the sommelier, whose selections perfectly complement the dishes.
27/10/2025: What an experience!! This is amongst my top 3 Michelin restaurants, innovative, creative and sooo good. The service was impeccable and the wine pairing perfect! I do recommend to visit Sintesi

Ristorante Percorsi Al Vecchio Ponte

05/11/2025: A 5-star culinary experience, impeccable service from the staff, with the sommelier truly making the difference in the dining room. Dishes are beautifully presented and consistently delicious. The restaurant, with its stone interiors, is truly beautiful, warm, and welcoming. It's a shame the noisy table somewhat detracted from the intimate atmosphere, which would have deserved more discretion. Kudos to both the diners and the staff, who apologized several times, displaying common sense and courtesy. The wine list is very interesting, and the sommelier's recommendation was greatly appreciated. She found a great match, though not an easy one, I must say, for the menu, which is a mix of meat and fish (with the added bonus of the off-menu white truffle). An excellent place, where not only the palate is pampered, from start to finish. A final compliment to the sommelier and staff: the salted caramel dessert (which was sold out) was made up at the last minute and reduced in size, precisely to please the customer. It was a complete success, as I was won over by this and every other gesture, flavor, and detail of this place. They were very, very good, and I'll definitely try it again at the first opportunity.
30/10/2025: The only restaurant in the area that makes us want to leave the house. The restaurant's name, "Percorsi," is no coincidence. Noemi guides you on a unique food and wine journey, featuring dishes created by chef Luca. The atmosphere, the dishes made with top-quality ingredients, and the owners' professionalism, combined with their expertise, make every dinner a pure delight.
