This pizza is delicious, and the service is wonderful, always smiling and very friendly. If you appreciate high-quality ingredients and want to have a great time, you absolutely must try this pizza. I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!

After unsuccessfully trying to visit in the summer, we finally tried the BorgOtto pizzeria in November.
The welcome and friendly service are commendable.
The products offered are high-quality, and the pizza dough, despite its many variations, is excellent (you can tell it's been studied and researched) considering the flours used.
The selection of beers (also of great quality), wines, desserts, and spirits is also good.
The place is small but the service is well-maintained and clean, and the background music is pleasant.
The prices are reasonable.
The owner's friendliness is commendable.

Among the four best pizzas I've ever tasted, and I highly recommend it for several reasons:
Excellent dough quality, especially for the farruoti and riggiole;
Spoiled for choice on the menu;
Truly unique and unseen ingredients, as well as the combinations offered (they managed to make me appreciate ingredients I'm not usually a fan of);
The staff's treatment was both "luxurious" and "loving," as one would describe the owner of your favorite trattoria whose sole concern is ensuring you leave feeling full and satisfied.
Special mention goes to the desserts from the excellent Pasticceria Pepe in Pagani, demonstrating the pizzeria's absolute dedication to quality and the combination with other excellent products from the Salerno area.

Located in the beautiful village of Capaccio, this is a wonderful discovery! High-quality ingredients and super friendly owners. Unique flavors of ancient grains that you can only experience at Borgotto. A blend of history and modernity that will delight your palate. I absolutely recommend trying the "Farruoto."

According to the awards at the entrance, the restaurant has been ranked among Italy's 50 best pizzerias for three years in a row. While we can't officially verify this, the pizzas were sensational! Not the "usual suspects" you'll find in almost every pizzeria worldwide, but creations with perfectly matched ingredients. A must-try if you're in the area.

A young couple from the village opened this restaurant dedicated to pizza and all its developments. The welcome is wonderfully warm even when you haven't booked (be careful, it's full every night). There is no indoor dining room, but the terrace located in an alley in the old village of Capaccio is perfectly quiet. Don't hesitate to try it, the pizza maker makes a world-class pizza dough: ancient wheat, 2 to 3 days of fermentation and cooking over a wood fire. The result is there 👏👏👏
